The Bush Inn | Edwina & Rob Tape |

Morwenstow, Bude |
![]() |
Probably the oldest pub in the country. Set in Hawker Country, renowned as a meeting place for smugglers it dates from the 13th Century & has monastic origins. The interior is charming, history & surprises crammed into every corner - the propellor from Amy Johnson's famous plane (!) & a Serpentine stone Celtic Piscina set in the wall. New owners, and renowned local chef Kit Davis (Scrummies) look forward to welcoming you. |
