Set in the beautiful grounds of Penstowe Manor in the village of Kilkhampton, an ideal spot to laze around or explore the delights of Cornwall and Devon.
The Coombe is approximately 4 miles from Bude town and its beaches (renowned for its surfing), and just 2 miles from Sandymouth beach.
Accommodation comprises of
1st bedroom with double bed, dressing table & wardrobe, oil filled radiator.
2nd bedroom with twin beds, dressing table wardrobe, oil filled radiator.
Large open plan lounge with double bed settee, two large arm chairs, color television, CD player, coal effect electric fan heater and oil filled electric radiator and a solid pine dining table.
The kitchen has a full sized electric oven & hob, microwave, toaster, iron fridge and plenty of cupboard space with crockery, pans & cutlery
The modern bathroom has a full sized bath , separate shower cubicle, vanity unit & toilet.
The conservatory looks out at the countryside, where you can read in peace, have a nap, and enjoy your food no matter what the weather.
Free entry to bars, nightly live entertainment, children's club, restaurant and take away.
Tropically heated pool, children's pool, Sauna, Indoor green bowls, tennis, squash, badminton courts, plus many others are available with a temporary leisure pass available on a daily, 3 day or weekly basis from the manor house.
