Our three properties are set in the grounds of a 19th Century Manor House - Penstowe Park near the beautiful North Cornish Coast. Penstowe Park boasts a sports and leisure complex and is friendly and fun.
Nearby are Golf, Horse Riding, Lake and Sea fishing and watersports. Sandy bays, smugglers coves, rock pools and stunning cliffs are all around.
The town of Bude is a 5 mile drive and the holiday attractions of Clovelly, Tintagel, Boscastle and Newquay are in easy reach by car.
Positioned on the perimeter of the Park grounds at the head of the Coombe Valley they have outstanding views down the valley towards the sea.
Bedroom 1 - Double bed, Radio/Teasmade.
Bedroom 2 - 1 single + 3ft bed with 2ft 8in guest bed. Can be used as 2/3 singles or 1 single and 1 double.
Lounge - Colour TV with Freeview/ Sky and DVD Player. Comfortably furnished.
Bath and/or shower Coloured suite fully tiled throughout
Kitchen - Fully fitted with fridge/freezer, full sized cooker with double oven, cooker hood, microwave, toaster and filter coffee maker.
Heating is by wall mounted heaters and flame effect electric fire in lounge. Card meter for electricity.
Double glazed throughout with patio doors.
