Our properties are set in the grounds of a 19th Century Manor House - Penstowe Park near the beautiful North Cornish Coast. Penstowe Park boasts a sports and leisure complex and is friendly and fun.

Nearby are Golf, Horse Riding, Lake and Sea fishing and watersports. Sandy bays, smugglers coves, rock pools and stunning cliffs are all around.

The town of Bude is a 5 mile drive and the holiday attractions of Clovelly, Tintagel, Boscastle and Newquay are in easy reach by car.

Positioned on the perimeter of the Park grounds at the head of the Coombe Valley they have outstanding views down the valley towards the sea.

Bedroom 1 - Double bed, teasmade.

Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Beds.

Lounge - Colour TV with freeview and DVD player. Comfortably furnished.

Bath - with shower.

Kitchen - Fully fitted with fridge/freeze,full sized cooker with double oven, cooker hood, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker.

Heating is by wall-mounted heaters, and log/flame effect fire in lounge. Coin meter for electricity. Double glazing throughout.

Road Directions

M5 to junction 27, follow A361 to Barnstaple then take the A39 to Kilkhampton ( which is 5 miles north of Bude ) . As you leave the village just past The London Inn turn right into Penstowe Road which leads to Penstowe Manor Holiday Village.

Public Transport Directions

Train to Exeter ( St David's) station, then bus from Exeter to Bude. Taxi from Bude to Penstowe Park- Manor car park. Park map provided to show location of properties on site.
