Tremaer

The Grade II listed building dating back to the 14c nestles in a small hamlet close to magnificent clifftop walks and sandy beaches.

The house retains many original features, including exposed beams, woodburning stove and a stone fireplace with cloam oven (a traditional bread baking oven). The rooms all have a distinctive character and are finished to a high standard.

On top of all the original features, the house has been furnished with all the modern appliances you would expect: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, TV, DVD, VCR, Hi-Fi etc.

Tremaer is situated in Bude, North Cornwall, and is available to let from April to December. Most lets start on a Saturday.

It can sleep 8 - 9 people.

The main building has:

Living Room - housing a woodburning stove and providing access to the secluded garden
Kitchen/dining room - with original fireplace, clome oven, Aga, tiled floor
Double bedroom 1 - ensuite shower/WC
Double bedroom 2 - ensuite shower/WC
Bunk bedroom - with wash basin and additional single bed

In addition to the main building, separate converted stables now hold the games room:

The front patio provides a private and sunny spot for breakfast, and a large, private, walled garden with lawned areas, outdoor seating, established planting and the occasional visiting parrot completes this authentic and individual cottage.
