Nature Reserves

There are several Nature Reserves in and around Bude.  Bude Marshes, Maer Lake, Phillips' Point and Upton Meadow are the closest, but within a short distance you will find Beales Meadow, Marsland Mouth, Dunsdon, Greena Moor, Lower Lewdon, Trebarwith and Halwill Junction.

Lundy Island is an amazing nature reserve, just off the North Devon coast.  Bude TIC organise daytrips from Bideford and Ilfracombe.  Click here for more information.
