Elements Italian menu is a relaxed affair and Elements has rightly gained a reputation as one of the most contemporary venues in North Cornwall.

We are open all day, every day from 10am for coffee, lunches cream teas and evening meals. The bar is open all day too. Booking a table for lunchtime or evenings is highly advisable as elements is open to non-residents and yes, it's very popular
