Rectory Farm Tea Rooms
Type: Tea Room/Coffee Shop
The Award Winning Tea Rooms provide not only cream teas, but a varied menu using locally sourced produce where possible, with nearly all food homemade on premises, specializing in homemade scones, cakes, quiches, chutneys and delicious soups along with proper Cornish Pasties, Cheeses, Jams, Fish (caught fresh from local waters) and our own Beef & Lamb as available.
The Tearooms are only a 10 minute level walk from the cliffs, offering a spectacular view of the coastline scenery, and for the more energetic their are many paths & trails among the hedgerows of the local parish. The Rectory is located in the small rural parish of Morwenstow, overlooking the rugged coastline of North Cornwall. Built in the 13th Century the house is filled with history; from antique furnishings to slate flooring, open fires & original Oak Beams salvaged from the many shipwrecks along the coastline.
The Rectory Tearooms are proud to have been granted The Tea Guild's Award of Excellence 2008. We serve over 20 different teas including a 'local brew'.
