Shoreline Triathlon Bude 2013

The Shoreline Triathlon has built up a reputation as one of the best short course triathlons in the country. This is one of those very rare events which has been able to cater for both the serious athlete as well as people who just what to have a go. You can take part in one of many individual classes or get a couple of friends together and enter as a relay team, it couldn't be easier!

The Shoreline Triathlon is held in and around Bude, North Cornwall. The event starts from Summerleaze Beach, with a 500m sheltered sea swim followed by an 11 mile cycle ride to Widemouth and back, finishing with a 3 mile run along to canal towpath and back to Summerleaze beach.

With categories for men, women, juniors, age groups in the individual as well as the relay this really is an excellent event. So come and get involved we're particularly proud of the tremendous amount of local support for this event. Challenge your friends and workmates to a bit of friendly competition, help us with the marshalling or come along to watch the spectacle.
