Type: Self-Catering
The Octagon offers a brand new first floor apartment with two double bedrooms; one has an ensuite and the other has a king size bed which can be split into two singles, by prior arrangement. There is another bathroom which includes a bath, with shower and glass screen over. The living space includes a kitchen fully fitted with Neff appliances and plenty of storage cupboards. This opens into a dining area with contemporary oak table and chairs, and the lounge which has two comfortable leather sofas, TV etc. French doors open on to the south facing balcony where there is a table and chairs. There are wooden floors throughout the property.
Linen and towels for the apartment are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Electricity included in the rental price.
The apartment is extremely conveniently situated, two minutes walk from the Tourist Office, river and canal, 5 minutes from Summerleaze Beach and 10-15 minutes walk to Crooklets Beach or the coastal path. The bus stop, shops, restaurants and clubs are within just a 5 minute walk, which means that you can leave your car behind for much of your holiday.
Whether you are into swimming, surfing and building sand castles, or messing about on the canal in a kayak, rowing boat, or perhaps playing tennis, golf, fishing or pitch and putt then Bude has it all!
If you fancy going a little further afield then the area is rich in activities and places to visit throughout Devon and Cornwall. The Octagon is an ideal location; let us whet your appetite with some popular trip destinations: Padstow, Boscastle, Tintagel, Clovelly, Lundy Island, Croyde, Woolacombe, the Eden Project, Heligan, Newquay, St. Ives...
