Newly renovated in 2023, this stylish and inviting modern apartment with two bedrooms is in a quiet rural location yet is only a mile and a half from Bude town centre.

It’s the perfect getaway for couples or families eager to discover Bude’s breathtaking coastline.  Just a 15-minute stroll away lies Crooklets Beach offers bustling amenities, while Northcott Mouth Beach in the opposite direction provides a quieter atmosphere with fewer facilities.  Both of these beaches have seasonal lifeguard cover and offer an idyllic backdrop for classic beach activities like building sandcastles, surfing, or indulging in various water sports.  Additionally, with swift access to the Southwest Coast Path, you can relish a leisurely walk soaking in its scenic beauty.

The lounge and dining areas are illuminated by natural light streaming in through expansive windows, creating inviting social spaces.  Relax into plush seating in the lounge, perfect for unwinding during movie nights in front of the modern Smart TV, or opt to stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi access.

The contemporary kitchen featuring fitted fan over, induction, fridge freezer, Microwave and Tasimo coffee machine allows you to rustle up tasty meals, treats, or beach picnics.
Bedroom 1 is a 4ft double and bedroom 2 has a full-size bunk bed.  Both rooms have good storage space.

The modern bathroom has an electric power shower, ideal after a busy day at the beach.  Outside, you have access to a large communal garden with clothes lines for drying all your beach gear and an allocated parking space in the communal car park.

We stayed for a week in August this year. We found the apartment in super condition, looking like it had just been refurbished. Everything we needed was supplied and the kids appreciated the wifi on hand too. We liked the fact that the flat is a short walk away from the main town centre and therefore lovely and quite but close enough to walk to the local beaches and Rosies cafe etc. Plenty of space for car parking and we liked the communal grassed area in front of the apartment for the kids to play in and brick built BBQ that came in handy. Not much we would change about the place and will be coming back soon hopefully

The apartment itself is decorated to a high and stylish standard with everything you need handy for a self catering break away with the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, crockery and even Tupperware for all your packed lunch needs. The apartment has good Wi-Fi and a Smart TV to enjoy lazy mornings and late evenings watching films on the comfy sofa. There is also a large garden area behind the apartments which our children enjoyed having a kick about most days. The apartment is located very close to the stunning beaches and just a short walk away from the town centre, personally I loved this walk along to the beach and we enjoyed berry picking and spotting all the wildlife in the area. We loved that there are many top rated restaurants in the area to visit. We enjoyed time at Summerleaze and Crocketts beaches which were stunning and stopped off to see Bude Tunnel a local tourist attraction which is a hit on Tripadvisor just next door to the Sainsburys. A walk along the lake to enjoy a trip in a rowing boat and paddle boarding is also a must. We hope to visit the apartments again next summer. This is a 10/10 holiday for our family.
