The cottage is a mere stroll from the beaches and shops, and conveniently positioned across the road from two of Bude’s renowned pubs, The Falcon Hotel and The Brendon Arms, both serving excellent meals throughout the year.

Upon entering from the front door, a spacious hall leads to the kitchen, lounge, and the staircase to the first floor.

Lounge: Unwind on the comfortable sofa and chairs, complemented by a coffee table, colour television, and a large electric fire.

Kitchen/Diner: The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine, with a table and chairs for four people.

Double Bedroom: Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the 4ft 6in double bed, complete with clothes hanging rail, dressing table, chest of drawers, and bedside tables.

Twin Bedroom: The twin bedroom features two single 3ft divan beds, a bedside table, and a spacious wardrobe.

The Bathroom: Pamper yourself in the walk-in shower.
