The house comfortably sleeps six in a king sized bedroom with ensuite and two twin bedded rooms. There is a first floor family bathroom.

Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room and separate lounge.

Outside there are gardens to the front, side and rear with off road parking for 2/3 cars. There is also space to park in the street if needed.

We welcome pets by arrangement and the garden is surrounded by a wall and a fence.

This is the ideal property to leave the car behind as all of Bude is accessible on foot. Guests can walk to the beach and Bude Canal and Wharf area in under ten minutes, the town centre within a minute or two and the golf course is four hundred yards away.

To find the property follow the one way system around the town passing Bude Golf Club on your left,  when you reach the Co-op supermarket on your left, take the left turn into Broadclose Hill, then the second right into Carteret Road.

We provide a welcome pack of  tea, coffee, milk, bread and a bottle of wine.

Lovey spacious and well equipped house. Spotlessly clean and with plenty of space for all of us, 3 adults and 4 children. Really well situated, just a short walk from town, beach and restaurants and plenty of things for the children to do. We will certainly use this house again, thoroughly recommend.

We have had a wonderful holiday at Trevone. The house is like a home – excellently furnished , extremely comfortable. It surpassed our expectations. Sarah visited us and was in charge of rubbish collection. Private parking for three cars. The house is just a short walk from the town centre, beach and golf course. There is easy access to the A39 and hence to other resorts in Cornwall and Devon. There was a comprehensive file detailing all that we needed to know about the house and local places to visit. A quite excellent house to rent.

The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. Its proximity to the beach and the local shops gave us the best of all worlds and we thoroughly enjoyed our week in Cornwall. As it was in February, we didn’t expect any decent weather, but were fortunate to have several sunny days – albeit with a very cold wind. The house didn’t let us down because it was very warm in all areas with constant hot water and very efficient showers and bath. The furnishings are very tastefully done and clearly someone has an eye for quality. Frankly we couldn’t fault the place and it would be very interesting to return during a summer month when Cornwall is at its best.


Trevone is the perfect base for a Bude holiday. Beaches, pubs, restaurants are all just a short walk away, and great cliff top, coast and country walks can start from the house. We were amazed on arrival to find a holiday home in such absolutely perfect condition – recently refurbished with no expense spared. We will definitely come again!
