Life’s a Beach sits pretty on the picturesque Summerleaze Beach in Bude. Our menu is comprised of quality, affordable dishes made using fresh local ingredients from hand-picked suppliers that are as passionate about their food as we are.

The Tree Inn is a former Manor House, parts of which date back to the 13th Century. It is located in the historic Market Town of Stratton, about 1.5 miles from the North Cornwall coast. Situated around a courtyard, the Inn includes our beautiful 13th Century Galleon restaurant with its ceiling beamed with timbers from ships wrecked on this coast.
The Organic Evening Restaurant at Bangors serves delicious, simply prepared food using fresh home grown and locally sourced ingredients. Here we serve a wide variety of beers, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks. We particularly recommend the two local real ales. Meals are served every lunchtime and evening. To the front of the Coachman’s Bar there’s a raised Beer Terrace with lovely views over the Bude Canal, the Inner Harbour area and across to Bude town centre.

The Weir is a fantastic cafe/bistro and interactive wildlife centre on the Bude Canal, perfectly placed for a mid-walk lunch. By car, we are just a few minutes from the town centre. Serving breakfast, lunch, cream teas and evening meals, with a large outdoor seating area with lake, children's play area and direct access to the Coast Path.
