The Brendon Arms serves traditional pub food with an emphasis on homemade dishes and using local and seasonal produce when available. We also serve fresh fish, vegetarian dishes and gluten free options. Food is served from 12pm - 2pm & 6pm - 9pm everyday, but times may vary during the holidays. Dogs are very welcome in the bar and beer garden.

Street food with a difference from our bright yellow van beside the green bank of Bude canal, just by Falcon Bridge. The Tree Inn is a former Manor House, parts of which date back to the 13th Century. It is located in the historic Market Town of Stratton, about 1.5 miles from the North Cornwall coast. Situated around a courtyard, the Inn includes our beautiful 13th Century Galleon restaurant with its ceiling beamed with timbers from ships wrecked on this coast.
Here we serve a wide variety of beers, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks. We particularly recommend the two local real ales. Meals are served every lunchtime and evening. To the front of the Coachman’s Bar there’s a raised Beer Terrace with lovely views over the Bude Canal, the Inner Harbour area and across to Bude town centre.
Docton Mill Gardens and Tea-Rooms is a family run business owned by Lana and John Borrett who have been at Docton for 15 years and have expanded the gardens to increase the variety of planting and enjoyment for visitors.
Margaret's Rustic Tea Garden at Northcott Mouth offer snacks and cream teas.
The Weir is a fantastic cafe/bistro and interactive wildlife centre on the Bude Canal, perfectly placed for a mid-walk lunch. By car, we are just a few minutes from the town centre. Serving breakfast, lunch, cream teas and evening meals, with a large outdoor seating area with lake, children's play area and direct access to the Coast Path.
