Church of St Swithin – Launcells

St Swithins church, Launcells, Bude. Why not visit this ancient, beautiful, hidden church, in its fantastic rustic woodland setting, by a stream. Dating back over 1,000 years, this Grade 1 listed Church is logged as one of the 1,000 best churches in England. Free tour and refreshments every Wednesday afternoon, May to September.

Welcombe Pottery

Ceramics and Glass. We are two potters making and selling from Welcombe Pottery. David Westcott throws in stoneware. Using a 'chun' glaze, rich in blues & greens, with shells printed into the clay Alice Gare works in slip decorated earthenware and kiln formed glass. Using bright fresh coastal colours she makes clocks, plates and wall hangings.
