I teach a dynamic slow form of hatha yoga with focus on breath, movement and healthy alignment. All of my classes offer different variations and options and encourage students to make personal choices. Each class will have a specific focus, for example a particular pose or category of poses, a technique or alignment principle enabling you to explore your practice, deepen your knowledge of yoga and build strength, flexibility and balance.

The beginners and improvers class is designed as the next step to move on from the beginners’ course. You will have the opportunity to consolidate what you learned during your beginners’ course whilst also developing your practice further and learning new poses and practices. Open to those in the initial stages of yoga practice or those looking for a gentler yoga practice.
