I teach a dynamic slow form of hatha yoga with focus on breath, movement and healthy alignment. All of my classes offer different variations and options and encourage students to make personal choices. Each class will have a specific focus, for example a particular pose or category of poses, a technique or alignment principle enabling you to explore your practice, deepen your knowledge of yoga and build strength, flexibility and balance.

The mixed experience class will provide incremental teaching and an opportunity to either challenge yourself or to take it easy. This class might be more suitable if you have a basic understanding of some yoga postures and have attended some classes as it can include more challenging postures, however different options and alternatives will be offered to everyone.

All classes are at Bude Golf Club, excluding Monday which is held in the Dance Studio at Bude Community Centre.
