Bude Arts and Music (BAAM)
BAAM promote and create arts and music events in the Bude area. They offer the community and visitors the opportunity to gather in a relaxed and friendly environment, to create, enjoy and learn. We aim to make our events as affordable and accessible as possible.
Cinema & the arts
For any fans of the arts in Cornwall, the Bude scene is about intimate venues and passionate locals. What Bude lacks in mega-sized venues and multiplexes, it more than makes up for with inspired events, local colour and places to visit where you can not only get a taste for the arts at first hand, but often meet the creators in person.
From some of the cutest art galleries in Cornwall to superb “hands on” fun for all ages, there should be something to pique your curiosity. Do also check our events section however, for current listings and some unique goings on this year.

Live music in Bude
For those looking for live bands and gigs in north Cornwall, Bude has some terrific festivals and events each year such as Bude Folk Festival and Bude Jazz Festival (see our current events page). Various bars and pubs also feature live music at certain times, but many play host to regular live music, including rock, soul and folk. Meanwhile, jazz and blues fans are well catered in Bude by the Jazz Club and the famous Bude Jazz Festival each year.
