This shortbread is pure indulgence. Our classic recipe with lovely sweet chunks of milk chocolate in every bite. The secret behind the extreme deliciousness of our shortbread is that all the clotted cream and butter comes from the Trewithen Dairy, a family-run farm only a few miles down the road from our bakery. Both cream and butter are rich, pure and have a fresh, naturally sweet taste. We like it so much we make sure loads of the lovely stuff gets into each biscuit.
