Both Crooklets and Summerleaze beaches are also within easy walking distance, making Links Side an ideal choice for enjoying leisurely days by the sea. Nestled on the southern edge of Bude, Trewhel-ju is a meticulously converted farm building, strategically located near the splendid beaches and amenities of our beloved town. Situated close to the magnificent cliffs and the picturesque Bude Canal, Trewhel-ju offers a high standard of accommodation with accessibility at its core. The property is thoughtfully designed for accessibility, providing comfortable accommodation on one level throughout. The spacious living room, flooded with natural light, seamlessly opens onto a secluded courtyard garden boasting panoramic views of the Neet Valley. Trewhel-ju is ideal for a couple but can accommodate a couple and two children; there is also room for a cot. The accommodation is fully accessible and there is a wet room. The garden, exclusively for guests’ use, is a sunny retreat perfect for relaxation and enjoyment, offering a peaceful escape. Trewhel-ju features under-floor heating and a multi-fuel stove, ensuring a cozy ambiance and making it a suitable retreat year-round. There is private parking next to the property with level access. At the front, the cottage opens onto a small, secluded courtyard, while the rear features a private enclosed garden with hot tub, table, seating, and a gas BBQ—perfect for year-round relaxation. The secure garden makes it especially suitable for families with young children. Inside, the open-plan layout includes a stylish Shaker-style kitchen and dining area alongside a comfortable lounge with doors opening directly to the garden. There are three bedrooms: a king-size double, a twin room (with space for a cot if required), and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children. The fully tiled bathroom offers a bath with power shower and heated towel rail. Please note: no dogs allowed.
