The accommodation features a double bedroom with the option of a king-size or twin beds, and a standard double bedroom. Cots for infants are available upon request, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere. Swallow, like all our cottages, has undergone significant renovations in recent years, with the most recent addition being a new bath with shower upstairs. Downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with a full-size dishwasher. The large sitting room is adorned with leather sofas, offering comfortable seating for relaxation. Enjoy entertainment with a Freeview flat screen TV, Bluetooth soundbar, and Blu-Ray DVD player. DAB radios with Bluetooth speakers in each bedroom add a delightful touch. Mulberry Cottage is the largest of the contemporary three-bedroom country homes at Court Farm, designed with comfort and style in mind. Perfect for families or groups, it offers everything you need for a stress-free getaway — from spacious interiors to thoughtful extras that make your holiday special. Step inside and you’ll find a bright, modern living space complete with a wood-burner, plush sofas, and a flatscreen TV — ideal for cosy evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen, with integrated appliances, flows seamlessly into the dining area, where double doors open onto the private patio. Younger guests will love the dedicated TV/playroom, while the utility room and ground-floor WC add extra convenience. Outdoors, enjoy your own enclosed garden with a luxury six-person hot tub — the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and en-suite shower room. Two additional bedrooms can be set up as twins or converted into super-king beds to suit your needs. Quaint and full of character, Round House was once the Gate Keeper’s Lodge and is thought to be the oldest building on the estate. Detached and set slightly apart from the other cottages, it offers guests both privacy and easy access to the indoor pool and amenities. With its unusual shaped windows, low beams, and centuries-old charm, this is a truly unique place to stay. The ground floor features an inviting open-plan lounge and dining area with a wood-burning stove, and a beautifully appointed Shaker-style kitchen complete with a sea view from the window. Also downstairs is a luxurious bathroom with corner bath and integral power shower. Upstairs, reached via a narrow staircase with low beams (mind your head!), there are two bedrooms: a master with king-size bed and glorious views over the valley and out to sea, and a second bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children. This room can also accommodate a cot, making the cottage perfect for a family of four or five. Out of season, Round House is equally popular as a romantic retreat for two, with its secluded setting and cosy atmosphere. Outside, the cottage has its own enclosed private garden with seating and a BBQ for your exclusive use. Dog friendly.

Broadclose Park Camping – A Convenient Stay in Bude Located at Bude Football Club, Broadclose Park Camping offers a fantastic base within walking distance of the town centre, Summerleaze Beach, and local supermarkets. The Co-op is just a 5-minute walk towards town, while Morrisons is less than 10 minutes in the opposite direction. The site is designed for self-contained motorhomes and campers looking for a convenient and affordable base, with easy access to Bude on foot or by bike. For those bringing tents or travelling in vans that are not self-contained, very basic amenities are available. Please note that as this is an operational football club, the shower facilities are simple and there is no chemical waste disposal. There is no charge for children and dogs are free too, maximum of 2. A public footpath runs along one edge of the site, with Bude Golf Course on the other, making it a great spot for walkers and cyclists. The site offers six electric hook-ups and 25 unmarked non-electric pitches, allowing flexibility to camp alongside family or friends. You can also park your vehicle next to your tent for added convenience. Facilities at Broadclose Park include: A fresh water tap. 2 toilets. 1 cold water sink. 2 shower areas, “Home” and “Away” shower areas. (these are what the football teams use when there is a match).  Each shower area has several showers but there are no cubicles, however you can lock the external door. A double plug in the shower area for hair dryers and phone charging. There is no chemical waste disposal but it can be disposed of “carefully” in the toilets. BBQ Use: Feel free to use BBQs, but ensure they are elevated off the ground and never left unattended. Neighbourly Respect: Please respect the privacy of your neighbours. Waste Disposal: Utilize the bins provided around the site and avoid leaving rubbish at your pitch. Pet Policy: Keep dogs on a lead around the site and clean up after them. A public footpath adjacent to the site is available for dog walking. Facility Use: Leave the facilities clean after use and as you would like to find them. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. The monies raised from the camping goes towards the running of Bude Football Club. The field also has two football goals, perfect for an impromptu kick-around with the kids. The woodlands are simply magical, especially in April and May when the ground is carpeted with bluebells. Dogs are welcome to roam, but don’t forget your wellies, as it can get a bit muddy by the stream in winter. The animals make the farm a special place for everyone. Twice a week, on Sundays and Wednesdays, kids (and big kids) can join Ruth for a feed-the-animals experience, getting up close with pigs, sheep, alpacas, horses, rabbits, goats, chickens, and the cat.
