THE CRICKET PAVILION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your binding contract with the owners will begin when we issue written confirmation. This may be by post or e-mail.
We have the right to refuse a booking before written confirmation is sent. If this is the case any money you have paid to the owners will be refunded.
As soon as you receive written confirmation check the details carefully. If anything is not correct tell us immediately.
When you book you should pay the deposit amount due. We must receive the rest of the money owed no less than ten weeks before the start of your holiday. If you book less than ten weeks before the start of your holiday you must pay in full when you make the booking.
If you do not pay by the appropriate date it will be assumed that you wish to cancel and the deposit will not be returned.
If you have to cancel you must phone and confirm in writing or e-mail. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your message.
If you cancel
more than 70 days before your holiday you pay your deposit. 29 to 70 days you pay 50% of accommodation costs
15 to 28 days you pay 75% accommodation costs
14 days or less you pay 90% of accommodation costs
on or after arrival date you pay the full amount.
Every effort will be made to re-let the property in order to refund all but the deposit. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance.
You and all members of your group agree to keep the property clean and tidy and to leave it in a similar condition as you found it when you arrived. You must not behave in a way which breaks any law, sublet or use the property for commercial purposes. You are responsible for the actual costs of all breakages or damage in or to the property. You can be asked to pay extra related costs.
You must not allow more than seven (7) people to stay at the property
You must allow the owner or a representative access to the property at any reasonable time.
One small dog is allowed by prior arrangement and at an extra charge.
Prices and booking conditions may be updated, changed or varied subsequently.
