Vicko’s Walk – A Guided Tour Like No Other!
Join local legend Peter “Vicko” Vickery for a guided walk around Bude that’s fun, unpredictable, and packed with stories you won’t find in a guidebook!
Born and raised in Bude, Vicko recently became a Cornish Bard—a prestigious title awarded to those who contribute to Cornwall’s history and culture. With his larger-than-life personality and deep local roots, he’ll bring Bude’s past to life with humour, charm, and a few surprises along the way!
A variety of different workshops, including primary aged workshops, 12 plus workshops and also private parties such as hens, stags, team building, birthday parties. We are also able to do small school groups or clubs such as scouts, youth clubs etc.

If you’ve ever wondered how to make true British rum from scratch you will have the opportunity to visit the distillery floor and see the process of rum making – from the fermentation of the molasses to the bottling of the finished product.
We run a couple of different workshops, come and have fun whilst making something beautiful. Included in the £45 workshop fee is tuition, set amount of glass and firing costs. It also includes one standard wall fixing/mount. Additional glass and fixings can be purchased on the day.
Market runs every Friday, 10am – 3pm (normally starts from Good Friday, until the end of September). We look forward to seeing you at this wonderful local producers and makers market in the wonderful seaside town of Bude in Cornwall.
