Rickstone Cottage has undergone a recent refurbishment, seamlessly blending traditional charm with contemporary flair to create a truly inviting space. Featuring two double bedrooms one of which can convert to a twin bedroom if required and a single bedroom, the cottage can comfortably accommodates up to five guests. The flexible bedding arrangements in the double bedrooms cater perfectly to couples, families, or friends traveling together. For families with young ones, a travel cot can be provided upon request. Equipped with modern conveniences, the cottage ensures a comfortable stay for all guests, with amenities including a TV, Wi-Fi, Bose Sound System, log burner, and efficient heating system to keep you cozy during your stay. Coachman’s House is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of historic Stratton, just a mile and a half from the charming seaside town of Bude on the spectacular North Cornish coast. This two-storey holiday home exudes charm and offers a private, sheltered cobbled courtyard that leads to the main ground-floor accommodation. This includes a cozy double bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a convenient wet room, and an open-beamed living room upstairs—perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploration. Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed, but kindly note that they should not be left alone in the accommodation. Ideal for couples or couples with a baby (travel cot not included), Coachman’s House provides a peaceful location that is perfectly positioned for coastal walks, beach outings, or exploring further afield into Cornwall or Devon. Stratton itself offers a well-stocked shop and post office, along with two local pubs, all within a 5-minute walk from Coachman’s House. Elegant and spacious, The West Wing is our largest and most distinguished property, forming part of the historic Manor House. Beautifully appointed throughout, it offers generous accommodation for up to six guests. A private ground-floor entrance opens into a grand hallway, with a staircase leading to the main accommodation. On the half-landing, you’ll find a twin bedroom, while the first floor houses the principal living spaces. Here, a large open-plan lounge and kitchen overlook the sweeping main lawn, and a separate dining room enjoys a charming sea view. There are three comfortable bedrooms: a king-size double with en suite bath and shower, and two twin rooms. Two cots can also be accommodated—one in the double and one in a twin room. A second family bathroom provides a bath with shower over. At the rear of the Manor House, a private outdoor area captures the sun throughout the day and into the evening. With its dining space and gas BBQ, it’s the perfect spot for relaxed meals al fresco. Please note: no dogs allowed.

Both bedrooms can be arranged as doubles or twins, offering flexibility for families or friends traveling together. A travel cot is available on request. The cottage features Wi-Fi, TV, Bose sound system, log burner, and additional heating for year-round comfort, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring premium appliances. Guests have full use of the cottage and its charming garden. Surfboards and bodyboards are available to borrow upon request, perfect for making the most of the seaside location.
