Its a cosy hideaway for two, the hosts could not do enough. The area is lovely, close to the sea and many super beaches, the canal walk is splendid. We are looking forward to returning.

Cottage perfect. Beautifully presented with nice quirky details and very welcoming. The surrounding area is lovely with fabulous walks along the canal to Bude – wildlife everywhere!

Boot’s Cottage is just the most wonderful spot to spend time in the lovely countryside that is Cornwall. Helen and Andy are the perfect hosts, nothing is too much trouble , such a warm welcome and Andy’s scones are terrific. Little touches like tea and coffee plus milk and sugar ready for your use and extra special things like muesli and croissants with butter and jam plus yoghurt show how far they go to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The accommodation is of the highest quality, copious quantities of towels and everywhere sparkling clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend break and will certainly be back for more.

Great clean and welcoming place, only slept there as I was visiting family so didn’t use many of the facilities although I must say the shower was one of the best I’ve encounter in a B&B, my only issue was the heating as I wasn’t there that much. I’m coming back in two weeks if the venue is free…
