The Wriggle Valley Jazz Band formed in 2013. We are a group of local musicians from the Sherborne area. The band was formed because we love playing Jazz, but we are also very proud to be carrying on the tradition and musical talent of our forefathers, the Seven Deadly Sins. The Seven Deadly Sins were a local group, also from Sherborne. Some of the current Wriggle Valley band members’ parents and grandparents played in the Seven Deadly Sins. We play a variety of traditional jazz music with some of the old favourites as well as other tunes which we have adapted in our very own jazz style!
