To the rear, the spacious garden provides a peaceful outdoor retreat with a teak dining table, chairs and direct access towards the nearby cliffs and coastal paths. This makes it ideal for enjoying sunny afternoons, al fresco meals or relaxed evenings after exploring the coastline.

Off-road parking for one car is available, with additional public on-street parking nearby.

Situated on Breakwater Road, the cottage enjoys one of Bude’s most desirable locations, just a short walk from Summerleaze Beach, the sea pool and the scenic Bude Canal is on the doorstep. Guests can leave the car behind and enjoy beach days, canal walks, watersports and town cafés all within easy reach.

This central yet characterful setting makes Woodbine Cottage an excellent base for exploring the wider North Cornwall coast while staying close to everything Bude has to offer.

• A spacious garden with teak table and chairs, offering access to the cliffs from the back entrance.
• Off-road parking for one car, with additional public on-street parking at the front of the house.

Accessibility Information:

• Due to the house layout, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
• Supervision is advised for young children due to steep stairs (inside and outside), a 19th-century low bannister, and opening windows.

Booking Information:

• Changeovers on Fridays; check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00.
• Tariff includes a cleaning fee, and a security deposit is required at the time of booking.
