To the left, a vibrant lounge awaits, featuring chic red sofas adorned with plush cushions and throws, centred around a modern wood-burning stove. Through sliding patio doors lies your own secluded garden oasis, complete with a luxurious six-person hot tub. A cozy nook to the right offers additional seating, ideal for children’s playtime or quiet reading. Continuing through, you’ll find a convenient utility room equipped with laundry facilities and access to the garden. The adjacent kitchen, accessible from both the lounge and utility room, boasts modern amenities including an upright fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and built-in oven and hob. The sociable oak dining table, accompanied by funky chairs, creates the perfect gathering spot for meals and conversation.

Ascend the stairs to discover the upper level, where the master bedroom awaits with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and breathtaking views of the surrounding fields and coastline. An en suite shower and toilet ensure privacy and convenience. Two twin bedrooms offer serene retreats for guests of all ages, while an additional single bedroom provides a cozy haven for older children or adults seeking solitude. Ideal for larger families or groups of friends, Chestnut House can also be booked alongside Sycamore House next door, offering ample space for two families or a larger group to enjoy a memorable holiday together.

A delightful space featuring a play trail, swings, slides, a climbing frame, and a 14-foot trampoline with a safety net enclosure. For little adventurers on wheels, we offer a selection of bikes, trikes, and push-alongs.

Perfect for those occasional rainy days or when the kids just need to let off some steam! Our games room features a soft-play area for little kids and a pool table for bigger ones, as well as a host of local information and free DVD library.

Originally a working farm, Court Farm Holidays still has some animals for guests to meet. Why not make a morning visit to the animals part of your daily holiday routine – don your wellies and help us feed our furry residents!
