This gorgeous Grade II listed cob cottage is dog-friendly and perfect for a self-catering holiday in Bude. The sun-trap garden has a lovely BBQ area and is a haven of tranquillity for relaxing throughout the day. Sleeps five in three bedrooms. You wont find many holiday cottages of this standard in the town centre.
Its central location means that Summerleaze and Crooklets beach are just minutes walk away, as is the South West coastal path; and the shops, restaurants and bars of Bude are right on your doorstep.
Coxswain’s Cottage comprises one double bedroom, one twin bedded room and a small room which has a cot/junior bed (up to approx 5 years).
Downstairs is a lounge with TV and DVD and stereo system, separate dining room and spacious kitchen equipped with range style cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
The cottage has one full bathroom and also one separate shower room, both located downstairs. The cottage also has gas central heating, an internet connection and a landline telephone (incoming calls only).
There is also a utility/laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which is perfect for storing wet suits, towels, surf boards and all the paraphernalia of the beach.
The garden has a barbeque area, and is a sun trap and a haven of tranquility for relaxing throughout the day.
Parking is available on the street in front of the cottage.
