From the second you step into Parlour through its own private porch, you’ll feel relaxed and ready to unwind. Light, airy and open-plan, Parlour is set on one floor, making it the perfect choice for families with young children.

Featuring exposed beams and slate flooring, the stylish interior takes inspiration from the natural world waiting for you right outside the door, from the acres of green fields to explore around the farm and the nearby sandy beaches. With distinct attention to detail, such as the rustic solid wood king-sized bed and Jacuzzi bath, Parlour is the perfect place to get away from it all.

Single-storey accommodation:  Entrance porch leading to internal door which opens out to the open-plan living room, with stylish sofas, smart TV with DVD player, dining area and fully equipped kitchen; large master bedroom with solid wood king-sized bed & flat-screen TV; twin bedroom with blackout blinds, next door to the bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and over-bath shower.

N.B. Parlour has 2 steps into the porch which has room for storage of buggies.

There is parking available for one car in the adjoining guest carpark.

Free onsite facilities

Onsite facilities include an indoor swimming pool with changing facilities, and sun terrace which is open all year round and heated to around 30 degrees.

An indoor Games Room with a soft play area for little kids and a pool table for bigger ones, plus local information and a free DVD library.

The enclosed Outdoor Play Area has a play trail, swings, slides, climbing frame and 14-foot trampoline with safety net enclosure.

During school holidays there are regular feeding times for the resident goats and pigs and a chance to collect freshly laid eggs. Guests can visit the animals at any time during their stay.

The all-weather-surface tennis court is available for all guests. Tennis rackets and balls are available to borrow from the Games Room. Younger guests also find that the tennis court doubles as a fantastic racetrack for ride-on toys!

Chargeable facilities

During your stay enjoy some pampering with a luxurious spa treatment from local therapist Vicky Barnes who offers a wide range of holistic body and beauty treatments, for both men and women from her tranquil room at Court Farm.

Yoga sessions, swimming tuition, personal catering can all be arranged.  Most of the major supermarkets do online delivery to the area or you can arrange a delivery of produce from suppliers within the local area.

Staying Longer than One Week?

If you are staying with us longer than one week, we can change your bed linen after one week and provide fresh towels, bath mat, tea-towels, so if required please arrange this when you arrive.

If you are staying for only one week or a short break, we do not change your bedding or provide fresh towels as a matter of course. However, should you require a change of bedding due to any ‘accidents’ this will gladly be provided, free of charge, upon request.

Occasionally, and especially where young children are concerned, several bedding ‘accidents’ may occur during your stay. We will gladly provide changes of bedding but we do reserve the right to levy an extra charge should there be more than one ‘accident’ during your stay. Please note that each cottage does have its own washing machine.

From the M5 take the A30 towards Okehampton. After about 26.5 miles take the A386 exit at Sourton -signposted Holsworthy/Bude A3079.

Turn right at the top of the slipway onto the A386 then just follow signs to Holsworthy and Bude. Following the A3079 through Halwill Junction and then A3072.

When you get to Stratton turn left on to the A39, towards Wadebridge. Ignore turnings for Bude until you have a turning on the left for Marhamchurch. Continue along this road for approx 1 mile.

Upon entering the village, turn left at the T junction. Court Farm is located directly opposite the pub (the farmhouse has a big monkey puzzle tree in the front garden).
