Join Peter Daniel, Secretary of the Bude Canal & Harbour Society, for a fascinating guided walk exploring the history of the Bude Canal.
Walks will depart promptly at 10:15 AM from the Tourist Information Centre (TIC) in the Crescent Car Park.
The route follows the canal down to the Sea Lock, before heading back up to Helebridge. Here, visitors can explore the Barge Workshop, view a preserved canal tub-boat, and discover a variety of artefacts relating to local industries.
At each point of interest along the way, Peter will provide explanations and illustrations to bring the canal’s rich heritage to life.
