Bude Jazz Club presents Pete Allen Jazz Band

Pete has been leading his band since 1978 always performing a slick fast moving show of happy jazz for listening and dancing! There is no doubt his present band features a line up of much respected and talented musicians who play an entertaining programme of musical  tributes to many of the legends of jazz including Armstrong, Waller, Bechet and many more and will also include a few of Pete’s own
compositions. Pete was awarded an Honorary Citizen of New Orleans USA in 1992 for services to British music and he has been described as one of our countries most exciting clarinettists.
Do come  along to the Falcon on the 23rd August and  take a seat for a swinging jazz treat!
