Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Visit Bude. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in the original packaging
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Items returned after 14 days may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards or digital items
Personalised or custom products
Perishable goods (if applicable)

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item (if possible)

We will arrange either:

A replacement item, or
A full refund including postage costs.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different variant), please contact us and we will arrange the exchange where possible.
