The Milky Way Adventure Park is an all-weather family attraction packed with rides, live shows, indoor play, and hands-on fun. Located near Clovelly, just 25 minutes from Bude, it’s one of the top things to do with kids in the area.

With a brilliant mix of indoor and outdoor attractions, the park has something for everyone. Save planet Earth on Ziggy’s Blast Quest interactive ride, feel the rush on the Cosmic Typhoon rollercoaster, challenge the family on the accessible mini golf course, or enjoy a breathtaking birds of prey display. Younger children will love the soft play, bouncing pillows, and mini train, while teens can test their skills in the Ninja Stars arena.

Is The Milky Way Adventure Park suitable for all ages? Yes! We’re great for toddlers, teens, parents and grandparents – with rides, soft play, and shows for everyone.

Is The Milky Way a good day out when it’s raining? Absolutely – we’re an award-winning all-weather attraction with massive indoor areas, soft play, and live shows.
Where is The Milky Way Adventure Park and how do I get there? We’re near Clovelly in North Devon, just off the A39 – around 20 minutes from Bideford or Bude.
Do I need to book in advance? It’s best to book online, especially during holidays or wet weather – but walk-ins are welcome when we have space.
Is there free parking at The Milky Way? Yes – we’ve got loads of free parking right outside the entrance.
Are there cafés or places to eat at the park? Yes – we’ve got a family-friendly café serving meals, snacks and drinks.
Can I bring a picnic? Definitely – you’re welcome to bring your own food and use our picnic areas.
Are dogs allowed at The Milky Way? We do accept dogs, although the park can be busy and noisy for them. You’ll need to read and sign our Dog Policy before visiting.
Is The Milky Way accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs? Yes – the site is mostly flat and accessible, with disabled toilets. If you need adult changing facilities, please ask at entry. For more information visit The Milky Way

By Car: Just off the A39 near Clovelly in North Devon.
· From Bideford: 10 miles (12 mins)
· From Bude: 15 miles (20–25 mins)
· From Barnstaple: 18 miles (20–25 mins) via Bideford
From Croyde, Woolacombe & Ilfracombe: Avoid Barnstaple town centre – follow signs to Exeter (M5), take the new bridge and join the A39 west past Bideford. We’re just 1 mile before Clovelly.
Sat Nav Tip: Use postcode EX39 5RY – but be sure to stay on the A39 and follow the signs to The Milky Way, as some devices direct too early.
