Written Directions:
- From the Bude Tourist Information Centre, join the Bude Canal towpath and cross the road bridge to the Falcon Hotel.
- Walk along Church Path, up the steps and turn right to join the coast path heading south.
- Continue along the coast path (the sea will be on your right) until you reach Widemouth Bay.
- Just before the Bay View Inn, leave the coast path and cross the road to a kissing gate with a public footpath sign.
- Follow the path through fields, following the waymarkers to reach The Weir Bistro.
- Continue ahead through the car park to reach the historic Bude Canal at Helebridge.
- Join the canal path with the water on your right.
- The path eventually comes to Rodds Bridge, where you cross to the other side.
- Continue ahead to finish the walk back at the Bude Tourist Information Centre.
