Annual tenancy of Bude beach huts

Fancy having a beach hut in Bude to call your own?  A good number of the huts at both Crooklets and Summerleaze are set-aside for annual tenancies.  Many of the huts we use for daily hire are leased out on a seasonal tenancy for the off-peak period.  There are no qualifying criteria – anyone can have a beach hut.

Please note:  Bude Area Tourist Board manage the Bude Beach Huts under a Service Level Agreement for Cornwall Council.

BEACH HUT WAITING LIST

Simply select huts via the form below.  Your selection will then be held on the database. When a hut becomes available, we search the database for the first person who selected it.

• If they decline, or do not respond to the offer within seven days, we work through the database and offer it to those next in line until it is accepted.
• If no one accepts the hut, or if no one has listed the hut in their selection, we list it as being available on the VisitBude website.

Please note:

• The wait for a hut is often several years, so you must ensure you tell us if your contact details change.
• All correspondence is sent via email, so please ensure you add our email address to your contacts or ‘safe list’.
• If you decide to change your selection in the future, you will need to complete a new application.
