Christmas Day Swim

On Christmas morning, hundreds of intrepid swimmers from across Cornwall and beyond will go for a refreshing dip in the sea to help raise money for Bude Surf Life Saving Club. With a target of over 600 sponsored swimmers from all age groups, this community-spirited act of madness is rapidly growing as a spectator event, making Bude seafront remarkably busy on Christmas morning with thousands of spectators and well-wishers lining the beaches and cliff.
The Christmas day swim is at 11am, with beach warm-up from 10.45am.
Swimmers are advised to be at Crooklets beach at 10.30am. Order your sponsorship form before the event online or collect in person from Zuma Jay surf shop, Bude.
Participants are welcome on the day but must pay £10 to take part. Sponsor forms will be available from Mid October Time.
NO WETSUITS ALLOWED!!
