Outside The bi-folding doors lead out to a private patio where you can take in panoramic countryside and sea views. Parking is conveniently located just a short distance from the apartment.

Falcon Terrace Cottages 5 individually styled cottages. Three close to Bude Canal and the popular lower wharf area and two in the picturesque hamlet of Upton within a 5-minute walk of the South West Coast Path. Bude Canal Area Stable Cottages are 2 adjoining cottages next to Bude Canal and only a few minutes’ walk to Summerleaze Beach and many of the popular restaurants and eateries. These cottages are very central and in a tucked away location. Both are pet friendly and can be booked individually or together. 1 Stable Cottages, is all on one level and sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms 2 Stable Cottages sleeps 3 people. A ground floor single room and a double mezzanine room above with a king size bed. Both properties are pet friendly, have private parking and share a enclosed courtyard garden, can be booked together sleeping 8 in total or separately. Very close by is: 5 Falcon Terrace is only a few minutes’ walk away from Stable Cottages. This charming traditional terrace cottage sleeps 3 people; had a lovely rear garden with outdoor seating ad you can cozy up in front of the long burner on wintery evenings. Its fantastic location benefits from being just a stone’s throw from Bude Canal and the lower wharf area allowing you to walk everywhere. This a pet free property. Upton Cottages Two adjacent pet free cottages sleeping up to 9 guests if booked together. located in the quiet peaceful hamlet of Upton close to Bude and only a 5-minute walk to the South West Coast Path with great access to walks along the Bude Canal other walking opportunities. These cottages offer the best of both worlds. Booked together they are idea for a larger group family booking, you’ll have your own private space yet be next door to each other. Equally they stand alone as a single properties. Rickstone Cottage Sleeps up to five guests in two double bedrooms (one convertible to a twin) and a single room, with a travel cot available. Modern amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, Bose Sound System, log burner, and full heating. The well-equipped kitchen offers premium appliances including an oven, gas hob, Nespresso machine, and washer/dryer. Bifold doors lead to a slate terrace, lawn, and outdoor kitchen-style BBQ area—perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Surfboards and bodyboards are available to borrow on request. Middle Cottage Middle Cottage blends traditional charm with modern comfort. It sleeps up to 4 guests in two double/twin bedrooms, with a travel cot available on request. Modern amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, Bose Sound System, log burner, and efficient heating. The stylish kitchen features premium appliances—oven, gas hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, wine fridge, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washer, and dryer. Garden with outdoor seating.  

Swallow is our only one-bedroom cottage, designed with couples in mind, though there is space for a travel cot to accommodate a baby or small child. Set on one level with an adjacent parking area, Swallow is especially convenient for guests seeking easy access and is a firm favourite with our senior visitors. Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, featuring a charming fireplace with wood-burning stove – perfect for cosy evenings in spring and autumn. The attractively decorated double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with bath, power shower, and heated towel rail. Outside, there’s a grassy garden area with table, seating, and gas BBQ for your exclusive use – an ideal spot to relax on sunny days. Swallow is a dog-friendly cottage, welcoming both you and your four-legged companions.

With dog-friendly options and sleeping between 4–6 people, we’ve got something to suit everyone! Adjacent to Wooda Farm Holiday Park, but with its own entrance is where you will find our newly built two and three bedroom luxury self-catering accommodation lodges. Step inside and you will be drawn to the large open plan living area flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows that frame the sea view across Bude. The interiors in each property are all stylishly designed using soft hues which draw inspiration from the surrounding coastal landscape, creating the perfect space to relax and soak up the scenery. The spacious open-plan sitting, dining and kitchen area means you will never miss out on a moment with friends and family. The log burner and modern, contemporary sofas make for a cosy place to spend winter days snuggled with loved ones. During the summer months, it’s all about the outside decking with woven cubed furniture, BBQs and glasses of ice-cold G&Ts – all you need to decide is who’s on drinks duty! Welcome to Coxswain’s Cottage, a charming Grade II listed cob cottage dating back to the 18th century, nestled in a serene residential street within Bude’s historic conservation area.  This delightful abode combines historic charm with modern comforts, offering guests a stylish retreat in the heart of Bude. Ideally situated, Coxswain’s Cottage is just a leisurely stroll away from Summerleaze and Crooklets beaches, inviting you to explore the stunning South West Coast Path. Additionally, the vibrant array of shops, restaurants, and bars that Bude has to offer are conveniently located right on your doorstep.  At the end of the road, you’ll find The Barrel independent pub, along with a bakery, delicatessen, and a variety of independent food and clothing shops. Step inside Coxswain’s, and you’ll find a welcoming ‘home from home’, meticulously furnished cottage adorned with contemporary décor.  The cottage features an eclectic mix of modern furnishings and artwork by local painters and photographers, harmonising with its original features such as Persian rugs, slate floors, and stripped pine flooring.  With gas central heating, the cottage offers a cozy retreat throughout the year, remaining warm in winter thanks to its thick cob walls and cool in summer with its slate floors. The well-equipped galley-style kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a Panasonic fridge-freezer, double Rangemaster dual fuel cooker, Bosch dishwasher, and microwave.  Adjacent, a separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer, perfect for storing beach gear and muddy boots after a day of adventure. The kitchen overlooks a spacious dining room, offering a delightful space to savour meals while enjoying garden views. For relaxation, the sitting room features two plush double sofas, an ornamental fireplace, and entertainment amenities like a TV, DVD player, and radio.  Upstairs, two generously sized bedrooms await, each thoughtfully appointed with luxury bedding, quality towels, and ample storage space.  The master bedroom boasts a double bed with a luxury sprung natural-filled mattress, while the twin bedroom offers comfort with quality interior sprung single mattresses. At Coxswain’s Cottage, we understand that pets are family too, which is why well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. A supplement of £30 per week applies, and to maintain the cottage’s standards, dogs are kindly requested to refrain from furniture and upper floor access. Outside, the large private enclosed garden beckons with a patio area ideal for al fresco dining and a BBQ, providing the perfect setting to unwind and soak up the sun. Part of the sunny Stable Courtyard, Kittiwake is one of six cottages approached through the original stable archway. Converted with imagination and care, it offers characterful accommodation ideal for families and small groups. Inside, the split-level layout features an attractive kitchen and dining area overlooking the open-plan lounge below, creating a bright and sociable living space. There are three bedrooms: a king-size double, a twin room (with space for a cot if needed), and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds—perfect for children. A well-appointed family bathroom includes a bath with shower over. Outside, a grassy area with table, seating, and gas BBQ is reserved for your exclusive use. Next door, Heron Cottage can be booked alongside Kittiwake, making an excellent combination for larger family groups of up to 12 people. Dog friendly.
