At the front, its door opens directly onto the courtyard, while at the rear French doors lead to a private enclosed garden – complete with an all-year-round hot tub for the ultimate in relaxation. The garden is secure and well-suited for families with dogs or small children, and includes a table, seating, and gas BBQ for your exclusive use. All set on one level, Woodlark features a bright open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, plus a fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower over. The cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms: A king-sized double bedroom A second bedroom with a single bed plus full-sized bunks, suitable for both adults and children (with space for a cot if needed) Woodlark is a welcoming, dog-friendly cottage, perfect for couples, families, and friends alike.

Swallow is our only one-bedroom cottage, designed with couples in mind, though there is space for a travel cot to accommodate a baby or small child. Set on one level with an adjacent parking area, Swallow is especially convenient for guests seeking easy access and is a firm favourite with our senior visitors. Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, featuring a charming fireplace with wood-burning stove – perfect for cosy evenings in spring and autumn. The attractively decorated double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with bath, power shower, and heated towel rail. Outside, there’s a grassy garden area with table, seating, and gas BBQ for your exclusive use – an ideal spot to relax on sunny days. Swallow is a dog-friendly cottage, welcoming both you and your four-legged companions.

The ground floor is open plan, with a stylish lounge and dining area alongside a fully equipped Shaker-style kitchen, complete with cooker, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.
