Welcome to our family-owned and operated business, where we prioritise the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests.  At Upper Lynstone, we offer modern caravans for hire and spacious camping and touring fields equipped with electric hook-ups and eight all-weather hard standings.  Our commitment to cleanliness ensures that the park is maintained to the highest standards, allowing guests to enjoy panoramic rural and coastal views in a pristine environment.

For our camping and touring guests, we provide a comprehensive array of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.  Our modern, spacious shower and toilet block boasts heating for year-round comfort, along with a purpose-built disabled wet room for accessibility.  In addition, we offer a covered dishwashing facility and chemical disposal area for your convenience. Plus, a second toilet block and heated family bathroom are available to accommodate our guests’ needs.

For those tackling laundry during their stay, our 24-hour laundry room is equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers, and separate sinks for both hand washing and dishwashing.  Ironing facilities are available upon request from reception, requiring only a small deposit.

Families will appreciate our expansive outdoor play area, featuring swings, slides, climbing frames, and football nets, providing endless entertainment for children.  For those who wish to stay connected during their stay, broadband data packages are available for a small fee. Please note that signal strength may vary throughout the park and may not support high-usage activities such as streaming services.

Convenience is key, which is why you’ll find bin bays conveniently located throughout our site, emptied daily and even twice daily during peak seasons. Plus, our recycling facility, situated opposite the play park, reflects our dedication to sustainability.  In our well-equipped shop, you’ll discover a curated selection of camping essentials, food items, and delicious hot drinks to keep you fueled for your adventures. Need to keep your provisions cool? Take advantage of our freezer pack facility, available for a nominal fee.

As an authorised Camping Gas and Calor stockists, we’ve got you covered for all your outdoor cooking needs. And when it comes to planning your local excursions, our reception area is your go-to resource. We understand the importance of staying connected, which is why we offer charging services for mobile phones and laptops at reception, ensuring you’re powered up for your outdoor escapades.

For those looking to explore the stunning coastal region, the 95 bus route passes by frequently, offering easy access to nearby attractions such as Widemouth Bay, Crackington Haven, Boscastle, and Tintagel.

Excellent place to stay for keen surfers and families who like the beach.  Group bookings are not permitted, and there is a strict no noise after 11pm policy.

Whether you’re after family time, a quiet break for two, or a gathering with friends, Wooda’s five-star holiday park offers a variety of pitch options:

• Grass electric pitches (with 16 amp hook up)
• Hardstanding electric pitches
• Non-electric grass pitches
• “Multi-serviced hardstanding premier pitches” (with water tap, grey waste, etc.)
• Private bathroom pod pitches (on grass electric pitches) — these include an en-suite shower, WC, fridge, and basin
• Some pitches are individually screened for privacy, and many have beautiful sea views.

Facilities & On-Site Amenities

• Family bathrooms: Four on-site bathroom blocks, bookable exclusively for your stay (£10/day)

• Modern toilet & shower blocks: Three blocks, regularly cleaned, with hairdryer/straightener sockets, disabled facilities, baby changing
• Washing / laundry: Two launderettes with washers, dryers, iron/board; coin or card operation (£6.50 per wash, £2.50 per 30 min dry)
• Camper’s kitchen: A shared space in the toilet block with essential kitchen equipment
• Dog shower: For washing off mud or sand after walks or beach visits
• Dog exercise fields & woodland walks: Generous walking areas, plus a designated off-lead dog field (dogs must usually be on leads outside designated areas)
• Wetsuit wash area: Rinse off salt and sand before entering your accommodation
• EV charging points: 22 kW charge points on site (no app required)
• WiFi: Free park-wide WiFi (though streaming services like Netflix / Sky Go may not always be supported). Lodges, holiday homes & cottages have their own superfast WiFi.

Broadclose Park Camping – A Convenient Stay in Bude

Located at Bude Football Club, Broadclose Park Camping offers a fantastic base within walking distance of the town centre, Summerleaze Beach, and local supermarkets. The Co-op is just a 5-minute walk towards town, while Morrisons is less than 10 minutes in the opposite direction.

The site is designed for self-contained motorhomes and campers looking for a convenient and affordable base, with easy access to Bude on foot or by bike.

For those bringing tents or travelling in vans that are not self-contained, very basic amenities are often available. Please note that as this is an operational football club, the shower facilities are basic and there is no chemical waste disposal.

The site offers six electric hook-ups and 25 unmarked non-electric pitches, allowing flexibility to camp alongside family or friends. You can also park your vehicle next to your tent for added convenience.

Facilities at Broadclose Park include:

• A fresh water tap.
• 2 toilets.
• 1 cold water sink.
• 2 shower areas, “Home” and “Away” shower areas. (these are what the football teams use when there is a match).  Each shower area has several showers but there are no cubicles, however you can lock the external door.
• A double plug in the shower area for hair dryers and phone charging.
• There is no chemical waste disposal but it can be disposed of “carefully” in the toilets.

• Electric hook up:  £5.00

We kindly ask all visitors to show respect and consideration for one another and our team, creating an inclusive and harmonious environment for everyone to enjoy.

When booking, please observe the following guidelines during your stay:

• Quiet Hours: Maintain low noise levels before 8 AM and after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful night for all.
• BBQ Use: Feel free to use BBQs, but ensure they are elevated off the ground and never left unattended.
• Neighbourly Respect: Please respect the privacy of your neighbours.
• Waste Disposal: Utilize the bins provided around the site and avoid leaving rubbish at your pitch.
• Pet Policy: Keep dogs on a lead around the site and clean up after them. A public footpath adjacent to the site is available for dog walking.
• Facility Use: Leave the facilities clean after use and as you would like to find them.

The monies raised from the camping goes towards the running of Bude Football Club.
