This summer, we’re offering a unique opportunity for talented local artists to exhibit and sell their work in one of the large beach huts at beautiful Summerleaze Beach during the school holidays! 

This December, embrace the romance of Christmas and the wild beauty of a Cornish winter as you say “I do” in our charming Wedding Beach Hut.

The more you explore and search rockpools, the more you will discover. Start at the bottom of the shore at low tide and work your way up the shore, keeping an eye on the tide at all times. The best way to see swimming creatures in the pool is patience, perhaps in combination with some bait to lure the animals out.

Crabbing remains a family favourite pastime on the beaches in Bude. It’s cheap, fun and a great way for children to learn about the animals that live on the sea shore.
