Blackberry Cottage offers guests access to a 40ft indoor heated swimming pool, along with a cosy, detached space perfect for relaxing breaks. With two bedrooms — one double and one twin — it suits couples, families, or friends looking to explore the North Cornwall coast. Inside, the open-plan lounge and dining area features comfortable leather sofas, a smart TV with streaming apps, and high-speed fibre WiFi, while the well-equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The modern bathroom has a full-sized bath with an electric shower. Families are well catered for, with highchairs, travel cots, and bed guards available free of charge. Outside, the private enclosed garden includes seating and a BBQ, plus a front terrace with countryside views — ideal for morning coffee. A gate from the garden leads directly to a large meadow and adventure playground, giving children plenty of space to play safely. There are separate changing rooms with hot showers too. Outdoor Play Area There’s plenty of outdoor space for children to enjoy. The large meadow is ideal for ball games and running around, and the adventure play area includes swings, a climbing frame, slide, springy animals, a Wendy house and a crawl-through tractor. Free Fibre WiFi High-speed fibre WiFi is available across our three cottages, making it easy to stay connected, stream programmes or catch up on emails if needed. Optional Food Services Although all cottages are self-catering, two optional food services are available to pre-book: Grocery Delivery: Lansdown Dairy can deliver an initial grocery order before your arrival so your cottage is stocked with essentials when you get there. Freshly Cooked Meals: Quality home-cooked meals can also be delivered to your cottage – ideal for your first evening, a special occasion, or if you simply want a night off from cooking. Games Room Our games room has table tennis and a pool table for some relaxed family competition (40p per game). Laundry Facilities Shared laundry facilities are available on site, including three large washing machines and three large tumble dryers, available for a small charge.

Chestnut Cottage is the largest of the Trevalgas cottages, comfortably sleeping up to six guests (plus cot), and is perfect for families or small groups seeking a peaceful Cornish escape near Bude. Set in a tranquil valley location with lovely views towards Stratton, the cottage features a fully enclosed, suntrap garden with patio seating and a brick-built barbecue – ideal for relaxed outdoor dining. Allocated parking is located adjacent to the cottage, and guests can also enjoy access to the on-site 12m heated indoor swimming pool. The spacious open-plan living and dining area offers plenty of room to relax, complete with a wood burner and a basket of logs for cosy evenings. The large, newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. Entertainment is provided with a Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, and CD radio with iPod/iPhone dock. Patio doors open directly onto the enclosed garden. A cloakroom with WC and basin is also located on this level. Upstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with a double bed and private en-suite shower room, plus two twin bedrooms with ample storage. The main bathroom includes an over-bath shower, airing cupboard and heated towel rail. Two towels are provided per guest, and family-friendly extras such as a cot and stair gates are available. The enclosed garden features a patio, lawn area, all-weather garden furniture and a brick-built barbecue, making it a wonderful space to unwind while enjoying the valley views and sunshine. Front King Bedroom This light and airy seaside-themed room offers a king-size mango wood bed and a large south-facing window. It also includes USB charging sockets, a smart clock/radio and hairdryer. Twin Bedroom The twin bedroom has two single beds (one 3ft and one slightly smaller 2ft 6in), making it ideal for children or flexible sleeping arrangements. It can access the ‘Jack and Jill’ shower room if required, and guests love the charming view into the beach-hut themed area outside. Bunk Bedroom A fun and characterful space, the bunk bedroom features a partially vaulted ceiling, exposed roof trusses and a skylight. Woodlands Manor Farm offers two luxurious glamping yurt options for guests: Budhyn (Cornish for “meadow”) and Fenton (Cornish for “spring”). The yurts have a diameter of 5.8 metres and a central height of 3 metres. Each yurt is equipped with a super king-size (6ft) double bed and two single beds, as well as a high-end Nordpeis Orion stove at the centre. The beds are made up with crisp white linen, and each guest is provided with two pillows, a hand towel, and a fluffy bath sheet. Complimentary broadband Wi-Fi is available, and each yurt features a large picnic table just outside the door. Each yurt has its own kitchen area, which includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a two-ring induction hob. There is also a folding table and chairs, allowing guests to dine indoors if it’s raining. The kitchen area is equipped with two USB charging points for laptops, tablets, and phones. Each yurt is provided with a Weber BBQ and a covered outdoor area, so the BBQ can be used even in the rain. In addition to the kitchen facilities, each yurt has its own washing-up area, complete with frying pans, saucepans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and cutlery—essentially, everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals.
