At Tee-Side, a traditional Victorian house, guests are welcomed by Dave and his daughter Emma. This family-run guest house offers a warm, cosy and homely atmosphere, making it an inviting place to stay. The Pot & Barrel B&B offers two well-appointed bedrooms, each furnished and decorated to a high standard. Perfectly positioned beside the sea, it provides a welcoming bed and breakfast experience in Bude. Links Side Guest House offers bed and breakfast accommodation in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with clean and comfortable surroundings. Perfectly situated directly opposite Bude Golf Course, the guest house is only a few minutes’ walk from the town centre with its shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants. Both Crooklets and Summerleaze beaches are also within easy walking distance, making Links Side an ideal choice for enjoying leisurely days by the sea. Sunrise Guest House offers seven en-suite rooms, including singles, doubles and twins, each decorated to a high standard for a relaxing stay. The property welcomes solo travellers, couples and small groups, but does not accommodate children under the age of 14. A ground-floor room is available and particularly popular with guests who find stairs difficult, and all guests are invited to make use of a comfortable lounge during their stay. Quaint and full of character, Round House was once the Gate Keeper’s Lodge and is thought to be the oldest building on the estate. Detached and set slightly apart from the other cottages, it offers guests both privacy and easy access to the indoor pool and amenities. With its unusual shaped windows, low beams, and centuries-old charm, this is a truly unique place to stay. The ground floor features an inviting open-plan lounge and dining area with a wood-burning stove, and a beautifully appointed Shaker-style kitchen complete with a sea view from the window. Also downstairs is a luxurious bathroom with corner bath and integral power shower. Upstairs, reached via a narrow staircase with low beams (mind your head!), there are two bedrooms: a master with king-size bed and glorious views over the valley and out to sea, and a second bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children. This room can also accommodate a cot, making the cottage perfect for a family of four or five. Out of season, Round House is equally popular as a romantic retreat for two, with its secluded setting and cosy atmosphere. Once a traditional cob barn, Puffin has been beautifully renovated while retaining its character—its walls are over two feet thick! Styled in a fresh, contemporary design, the ground floor features a bright open-plan layout with lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped Shaker-style kitchen complete with cooker, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Upstairs, there are two well-furnished bedrooms: a king-size double, and a second with a single bed plus sturdy bunk beds. A compact but elegant shower room includes a modern power shower. The cottage is fully centrally heated and opens onto a charming walkway lined with hanging baskets and fig trees. From the dining area, sliding glass doors lead to a private south-facing patio with table, seating, and a gas BBQ—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Please note: no dogs allowed.

Set within the peaceful Well Courtyard—once part of the estate’s original stable block—Nightingale Cottage is a welcoming single-level retreat, thoughtfully designed for families. At the front, the cottage opens onto a small, secluded courtyard, while the rear features a private enclosed garden with hot tub, table, seating, and a gas BBQ—perfect for year-round relaxation. The secure garden makes it especially suitable for families with young children. Inside, the open-plan layout includes a stylish Shaker-style kitchen and dining area alongside a comfortable lounge with doors opening directly to the garden. There are three bedrooms: a king-size double, a twin room (with space for a cot if required), and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children. The fully tiled bathroom offers a bath with power shower and heated towel rail. Please note: no dogs allowed.

Elegant and spacious, The West Wing is our largest and most distinguished property, forming part of the historic Manor House. Beautifully appointed throughout, it offers generous accommodation for up to six guests. A private ground-floor entrance opens into a grand hallway, with a staircase leading to the main accommodation. On the half-landing, you’ll find a twin bedroom, while the first floor houses the principal living spaces. Here, a large open-plan lounge and kitchen overlook the sweeping main lawn, and a separate dining room enjoys a charming sea view. There are three comfortable bedrooms: a king-size double with en suite bath and shower, and two twin rooms. Two cots can also be accommodated—one in the double and one in a twin room. A second family bathroom provides a bath with shower over. At the rear of the Manor House, a private outdoor area captures the sun throughout the day and into the evening. With its dining space and gas BBQ, it’s the perfect spot for relaxed meals al fresco. Please note: no dogs allowed.

Part of the sunny Stable Courtyard, Kittiwake is one of six cottages approached through the original stable archway. Converted with imagination and care, it offers characterful accommodation ideal for families and small groups. Inside, the split-level layout features an attractive kitchen and dining area overlooking the open-plan lounge below, creating a bright and sociable living space. There are three bedrooms: a king-size double, a twin room (with space for a cot if needed), and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds—perfect for children. A well-appointed family bathroom includes a bath with shower over. Outside, a grassy area with table, seating, and gas BBQ is reserved for your exclusive use. Next door, Heron Cottage can be booked alongside Kittiwake, making an excellent combination for larger family groups of up to 12 people. Dog friendly.
