On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a family bedroom with a king-sized bed offering a view of the swimming pool, a children’s bed, and a flat-screen TV. There’s also a twin bedroom for added flexibility.

Ascend to the first floor via the stairs leading to the toddler-friendly open-plan living room area. Here, you’ll find comfy fabric sofas, a smart TV, a coffee table, and a fully equipped kitchen/diner with lovely countryside views. The family bathroom with an over-bath shower completes this welcoming and comfortable space.

Perfect for those occasional rainy days or when the kids just need to let off some steam! Our games room features a soft-play area for little kids and a pool table for bigger ones, as well as a host of local information and free DVD library.

Originally a working farm, Court Farm Holidays still has some animals for guests to meet. Why not make a morning visit to the animals part of your daily holiday routine – don your wellies and help us feed our furry residents!

Dive into the inviting warmth of our 9.7 x 4.7m indoor swimming pool, which is open all year and heated to 30°C.

The accommodation includes one double bedroom with the option of a king-size or twin beds, and a twin bedroom. Cots for infants are available upon request, ensuring a family-friendly environment. The shower room and toilet are conveniently located downstairs.

Wagtail Barn’s fully equipped kitchen features a large pine table, hob, oven, microwave, and a full-size dishwasher. The external kitchen door opens to a private enclosed garden with a brick barbecue, providing the perfect setting to enjoy stunning views across the adjoining farmland.

Relax in the sitting room where a three-seater leather sofa and two additional chairs offer comfortable seating. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a Freeview flat screen TV, Bluetooth soundbar, and Blu-Ray DVD player. DAB radios with Bluetooth speakers in each bedroom add a touch of ambiance.
