The accommodation includes one double bedroom with the option of a king-size or twin beds, and a twin bedroom. Cots for infants are available upon request, ensuring a family-friendly environment. The shower room and toilet are conveniently located downstairs. Wagtail Barn’s fully equipped kitchen features a large pine table, hob, oven, microwave, and a full-size dishwasher. The external kitchen door opens to a private enclosed garden with a brick barbecue, providing the perfect setting to enjoy stunning views across the adjoining farmland. Relax in the sitting room where a three-seater leather sofa and two additional chairs offer comfortable seating. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a Freeview flat screen TV, Bluetooth soundbar, and Blu-Ray DVD player. DAB radios with Bluetooth speakers in each bedroom add a touch of ambiance. Wagtail is specially equipped for those who appreciate Bude’s winter scenery, featuring a wood burner for which an initial complimentary supply of wood and solid fuel is provided. For added convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a separate room for the use of all our guests. Once a traditional cob barn, Puffin has been beautifully renovated while retaining its character—its walls are over two feet thick! Styled in a fresh, contemporary design, the ground floor features a bright open-plan layout with lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped Shaker-style kitchen complete with cooker, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Upstairs, there are two well-furnished bedrooms: a king-size double, and a second with a single bed plus sturdy bunk beds. A compact but elegant shower room includes a modern power shower. The cottage is fully centrally heated and opens onto a charming walkway lined with hanging baskets and fig trees. From the dining area, sliding glass doors lead to a private south-facing patio with table, seating, and a gas BBQ—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Please note: no dogs allowed.
