Plus, a second toilet block and heated family bathroom are available to accommodate our guests’ needs. For those tackling laundry during their stay, our 24-hour laundry room is equipped with washing machines, tumble dryers, and separate sinks for both hand washing and dishwashing.  Ironing facilities are available upon request from reception, requiring only a small deposit. Briar Patch is a comfortable, single-storey detached cottage sleeping up to six guests and a baby. With three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and two bathrooms, it’s a great choice for families, extended family groups or friends looking for a relaxed stay close to the North Cornwall coast. The cottage has a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave, and a smart TV with streaming apps. There’s also a TV in the main bedroom. The excellent wifi has been upgraded this year, so suitable if you need to keep in touch with work while away.
