You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located, well equipped three bedroom house. Close to supermarkets, indoor swimming pool, soft play and bowling. A 15-25 min walk to town, pubs and beautiful beaches. Very peaceful cul-de-sac location with private parking and enclosed garden, ideal for children and your furry friends. The property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Swallow is our only one-bedroom cottage, designed with couples in mind, though there is space for a travel cot to accommodate a baby or small child.

Set on one level with an adjacent parking area, Swallow is especially convenient for guests seeking easy access and is a firm favourite with our senior visitors.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, featuring a charming fireplace with wood-burning stove – perfect for cosy evenings in spring and autumn. The attractively decorated double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with bath, power shower, and heated towel rail.

Outside, there’s a grassy garden area with table, seating, and gas BBQ for your exclusive use – an ideal spot to relax on sunny days.

Swallow is a dog-friendly cottage, welcoming both you and your four-legged companions.

Converted from an old cob barn, Seagull combines traditional character with contemporary style – its original walls are over two feet thick!

The ground floor is open plan, with a stylish lounge and dining area alongside a fully equipped Shaker-style kitchen, complete with cooker, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.

Upstairs, the cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms finished to a high standard:

• A king-sized double bedroom

• A second bedroom with a single bed plus full-sized bunks – ideal for children or friends sharing

There is also a beautifully appointed shower room with a power shower. The cottage is fully centrally heated, making it welcoming in every season.

From the living room, sliding glass doors open onto a private patio, furnished with table, seating, and a gas BBQ – a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. The front of the cottage faces south, ensuring it catches the sun throughout the day. Outside, the cottage sits along a charming walkway lined with hanging baskets and fig trees, adding to its appeal.

Seagull is a dog-friendly cottage, ideal for families or small groups looking for comfort, charm, and a little slice of sunshine.

The Room

An open-plan hideaway featuring a king-size bed, compact kitchenette, and small shower room – ideal for walkers or cyclists exploring the nearby South West Coast Path.

The centrepiece of the room is a king-size bed, handcrafted from solid Baltic Coast oak planks. Finished with natural beeswax, it proudly displays the unique wartime ripsaw marks. A memory foam mattress ensures restful sleep.

Thoughtful touches include chunky handmade oak furnishings, underfloor heating for cosy comfort during cooler months, a 43” Smart TV, and a Blu-Ray/DVD player.

Kitchenette

The kitchenette provides all the essentials for simple meals and snacks:

• Kettle, toaster, and microwave

• Nespresso coffee machine

• Integrated fridge with icebox

• Iron and ironing board

Please note: there is no cooker, hob, or dishwasher.

Outside

Although The Nest Box does not include a private patio or direct countryside/sea views, guests can enjoy:

• A shared seating area with stunning Cornish countryside and sea views

• Access to larger communal grounds with a BBQ area

One of six charming cottages in the sunny Stable Courtyard, Woodlark is approached through the original stable archway and has been imaginatively converted from the old stables. At the front, its door opens directly onto the courtyard, while at the rear French doors lead to a private enclosed garden – complete with an all-year-round hot tub for the ultimate in relaxation.

The garden is secure and well-suited for families with dogs or small children, and includes a table, seating, and gas BBQ for your exclusive use.

All set on one level, Woodlark features a bright open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, plus a fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower over.

The cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms:

• A king-sized double bedroom

• A second bedroom with a single bed plus full-sized bunks, suitable for both adults and children (with space for a cot if needed)

Woodlark is a welcoming, dog-friendly cottage, perfect for couples, families, and friends alike.

A stone’s throw from the golden sands and surf at Crooklets Beach, a short stroll past the golf course to the small town of Bude and its restaurants, local shops, bars and cafes.

All of our apartments have a lounge/diner with Smart TV, comfy seating and amazing views across the golf course or over the sea. The kitchens are well-equipped with electric oven, two zone induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Leading off the lounge area is the king-size bedroom with and en-suite shower room and WC.

Relax on the shared outside terrace to the front of the property where you can watch the world go by or enjoy a meal in the restaurant within this apartment block.

There is a shared downstairs shower, perfect to use when coming in from the beach and for the furry friends there is a dog bath/shower and grooming area.

Dogs are charged at £35 each per stay.

Bedroom

At the heart of the apartment, the open-plan bedroom features a handcrafted Canadian pine super-king bed with a sumptuous memory foam mattress. Double doors lead directly into the spacious bathroom, enhancing the sense of indulgence and flow.

Steam Room

Outside

Patio doors open onto a balcony with countryside and sea views stretching towards Widemouth Bay. A smaller entrance balcony provides the perfect spot for a morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Parking is conveniently located a short distance from the apartment.

Briar Patch is a comfortable, single-storey detached cottage sleeping up to six guests and a baby. With three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and two bathrooms, it’s a great choice for families, extended family groups or friends looking for a relaxed stay close to the North Cornwall coast.

The cottage has a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave, and a smart TV with streaming apps. There’s also a TV in the main bedroom. The excellent wifi has been upgraded this year, so suitable if you need to keep in touch with work while away.

Outside, the large enclosed two-level rear garden has seating and a BBQ, with a private gate leading directly into the shared meadow and play area. It’s ideal for children who want space to play while still being close to the cottage. There’s also a front terrace with bench to enjoy a morning coffee, plus private parking right outside the door.

Guests staying at Briar Patch also have access to the shared facilities at Trevalgas Cottages, including the indoor heated swimming pool, children’s play area, games room and laundry facilities.

Dogs over one year old are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy a break together. Briar Patch is a non-smokingcottage.

Indoor Heated Swimming Pool
Guests can enjoy our 40ft (12.3m) indoor heated swimming pool, open every day throughout the year from 8am until dusk (closing times vary slightly with the seasons. There are separate changing rooms with hot showers too.

Outdoor Play Area
There’s plenty of outdoor space for children to enjoy. The large meadow is ideal for ball games and running around, and the adventure play area includes swings, a climbing frame, slide, springy animals, a Wendy house and a crawl-through tractor.

Free Fibre WiFi
High-speed fibre WiFi is available across our three cottages, making it easy to stay connected, stream programmes or catch up on emails if needed.

Optional Food Services
Although all cottages are self-catering, two optional food services are available to pre-book:

• Grocery Delivery: Lansdown Dairy can deliver an initial grocery order before your arrival so your cottage is stocked with essentials when you get there.
• Freshly Cooked Meals: Quality home-cooked meals can also be delivered to your cottage – ideal for your first evening, a special occasion, or if you simply want a night off from cooking.

Games Room
Our games room has table tennis and a pool table for some relaxed family competition (40p per game).

Laundry Facilities
Shared laundry facilities are available on site, including three large washing machines and three large tumble dryers, available for a small charge.

Set within the charming Well Courtyard—once part of the estate’s original stable block—Kingfisher Cottage is a welcoming single-level property, perfect for families of up to four plus a baby.

At the front, the cottage opens onto a small, secluded courtyard, while at the rear a private enclosed garden awaits, complete with hot tub, table, seating, and a gas BBQ—an ideal space for relaxation in every season. The secure garden makes it especially suitable for families with young children.

Inside, the open-plan living space includes a comfortable lounge area, dining area, and a Shaker-style fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The fully tiled bathroom features a bath with power shower.

There are two well-furnished bedrooms: a king-size double and a twin room, with space for a cot in either. The cottage is fully centrally heated for year-round comfort.

Lilac Cottage, a delightful retreat ideal for couples or small families, offers a peaceful haven for those seeking relaxation or exploration. With a capacity to sleep 4, Lilac Cottage becomes the perfect base for your local adventures or a tranquil spot to unwind. Tucked away at the end of a private lane, the cottage is exceptionally quiet, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle. Its character is accentuated by beamed ceilings, deep-set windows, and an inglenook fireplace with a wood-burning stove.

Lilac Cottage also boasts its own private garden to the side of the property, featuring a picnic table, a barbecue for the summer months, and a storage shed for bikes, buggies, surfboards, and more.

The calm tones of the interior draw inspiration from the beauty of the surrounding countryside, creating a soothing atmosphere. There’s much to explore right at your doorstep, with superb on-site facilities such as the indoor heated swimming pool, games room, and spa treatments. Additionally, miles of sandy beaches are just a short drive away, making Lilac Cottage the ideal escape.

Ground floor: Upon entering the cottage, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with a farmhouse-style dining table to your left and the lounge with a wood-burner to your right.

First floor: The stairs lead up to the cosy master bedroom with a king-sized iron bedstead and a flat-screen TV. A large twin bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and a family bathroom with an over-bath shower complete the first floor.
