Sandpiper Cottage

One of six delightful cottages set around the sunny Stable Courtyard, Sandpiper is approached through the original stable archway and combines character with modern comfort.

Originally part of the old stables, the cottage has been imaginatively converted and enjoys the best of both worlds: a stable door opening onto the shared courtyard at the front, and French doors leading to a private enclosed garden at the rear. In this garden you’ll find a Swedish hot tub for year-round relaxation, plus outdoor seating, a dining table, and a gas BBQ – perfect for family meals or evenings under the stars. The secure garden makes it especially suitable for guests with dogs or small children.

Inside, everything is arranged on one level. The cottage features a bright, open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, along with a fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower over.

Sandpiper offers three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to four adults and two children:

A main bedroom with a king-sized bed (with space for a cot if needed)
A twin-bedded room (also suitable for a cot)
A cosy third bedroom with bunk beds (ideal for children)

Dog-friendly and family-friendly, Sandpiper makes a welcoming base for your holiday.

Nestled in the corner of our picturesque courtyard, Stables Barn is a captivating blend of traditional charm and contemporary interior design, adorned with our distinctive upcycled lighting and headboards.

The first floor welcomes you with a vibrant open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space that exudes character. On the ground level, you’ll discover the master bedroom and a convenient shower-room, providing ease and accessibility. Ascend to the top floor to find a bright twin bedroom with flexible sleeping configurations—ideal for families or couples, as the beds can be joined together to create a superking.

With a dedicated off-road parking space in our secure on-site car park, convenience is at the forefront of your stay at Stables Barn. This delightful accommodation is perfectly suited for families with older children, couples, or two couples sharing, offering a unique and comfortable setting for your North Cornwall getaway.

Outdoor Play Area – free to use
A delightful space featuring a play trail, swings, slides, a climbing frame, and a 14-foot trampoline with a safety net enclosure. For little adventurers on wheels, we offer a selection of bikes, trikes, and push-alongs.

Indoor Games Room – free to use
Perfect for those occasional rainy days or when the kids just need to let off some steam! Our games room features a soft-play area for little kids and a pool table for bigger ones, as well as a host of local information and free DVD library.

Animal Field – free to use
Originally a working farm, Court Farm Holidays still has some animals for guests to meet. Why not make a morning visit to the animals part of your daily holiday routine – don your wellies and help us feed our furry residents!

Swimming Pool – free to use
Dive into the inviting warmth of our 9.7 x 4.7m indoor swimming pool, which is open all year and heated to 30°C.

Children can revel in the fun with our collection of inflatable toys, floats, and noodles, adding an extra splash of excitement to their swimming adventures.

House Cottage

Once the estate’s Housekeeper’s home, House Cottage has been beautifully renovated to a high standard and now provides spacious, welcoming accommodation for up to five guests. Adjoining the Manor House, its south-facing aspect ensures plenty of sunshine throughout the day.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable lounge and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a luxurious marble-tiled bathroom with feature bath and shower over.

Upstairs, there are two versatile bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another that can be arranged with either two or three single beds, depending on your needs. There is also room for a cot.

Outside, House Cottage enjoys its own enclosed front garden with seating and BBQ, overlooking the main lawn of the Manor. The garden’s classic English cottage charm makes it a lovely spot to relax. Private parking is provided right next to the property, and the outdoor pool is just a short walk away.

Through sliding patio doors lies your own secluded garden oasis, complete with a luxurious six-person hot tub. A cozy nook to the right offers additional seating, ideal for children’s playtime or quiet reading. Continuing through, you’ll find a convenient utility room equipped with laundry facilities and access to the garden. The adjacent kitchen, accessible from both the lounge and utility room, boasts modern amenities including an upright fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and built-in oven and hob.
