We have three coastal-inspired self-catering luxury holiday cottages: Tregea and Brambles (adjacent to the holiday park) and Pebbles (in the heart of Bude).
All guests staying in our cottages are welcome to use all the onsite facilities at Wooda Farm Holiday Park. This includes the fishing lake, pitch ‘n’ putt course, tennis court, bar and restaurant, woodland walk, cycle trails and much more. (Some activities/facilities are restricted to peak periods — check seasonal opening times.)
All our properties are of an exceptionally high standard but each one is uniquely different.

The Beach Haven

The Beach Haven is a high-quality, dog-friendly holiday cottage in Bude, North Cornwall, sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac near Flexbury and Crooklets, it offers a peaceful coastal retreat just a ten-minute walk from the beach, National Trust clifftops and the town centre.
Designed with comfort and practicality in mind, the property features a spacious lounge/diner, well-equipped kitchen and a private mature garden with sun deck and al fresco dining area. Guests can also enjoy off-road parking, superfast Wi-Fi, EV charging and secure storage for surfboards or bikes.
Ideal for families, groups and dog owners (welcoming up to three dogs), The Beach Haven provides a relaxing “home from home” base for exploring the stunning North Cornwall coastline, with beaches, coastal paths, cafés and pubs all within easy walking distance.
The spacious lounge/diner welcomes you with a cosy, welcoming feel, centred around a luxury inset woodburner. A starter supply of logs and kindling is provided, so you can light the fire and settle in straight away.
Sink into the super-comfortable leather sofas while enjoying the warmth of the fire, watching a film, or choosing from the extensive DVD and CD collection, all played through the surround sound system for a truly relaxing evening in.
At the dining end, the extendable oak table comfortably seats up to eight guests, making it perfect for sociable family meals and relaxed gatherings after a day at the beach.
We’ve recently upgraded to an easy-to-use 55″ 4K Sony Smart TV with soundbar and subwoofer, delivering exceptional picture quality and immersive sound for movie nights or streaming your favourite shows.
The kitchen is a bright, vibrant space with a partially vaulted ceiling and a large picture window overlooking the sun deck and garden beyond. Sliding doors lead directly out to the deck, creating a lovely indoor-outdoor flow during warmer months.

Master Bedroom – King Size
The seaside-themed master bedroom features an oak floor, mango wood furniture and a king-size bed. Sliding doors open directly onto the patio and dining deck, while a garden-level window brings in plenty of natural light.
There is a ‘Jack and Jill’ en-suite with walk-in shower, WC and basin, which can be made private by locking the connecting door to the twin room if preferred.
Features include USB charging sockets, a smart clock/radio, Smart TV and hairdryer.
Front King Bedroom
This light and airy seaside-themed room offers a king-size mango wood bed and a large south-facing window. It also includes USB charging sockets, a smart clock/radio and hairdryer.
Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom has two single beds (one 3ft and one slightly smaller 2ft 6in), making it ideal for children or flexible sleeping arrangements. It can access the ‘Jack and Jill’ shower room if required, and guests love the charming view into the beach-hut themed area outside.
Bunk Bedroom
A fun and characterful space, the bunk bedroom features a partially vaulted ceiling, exposed roof trusses and a skylight. It includes two 3ft beds, a TV and large beanbags – a favourite retreat for younger guests.
Please note: this room also forms the main access route to the master bedroom from the lounge.
Main Bathroom
The bright and airy main bathroom features an integrated WC/basin unit and a matching P-shaped bath with a powerful boiler-fed shower, perfect for a relaxing soak or refreshing rinse after a day by the sea.
Sandpiper Cottage

One of six delightful cottages set around the sunny Stable Courtyard, Sandpiper is approached through the original stable archway and combines character with modern comfort.
Originally part of the old stables, the cottage has been imaginatively converted and enjoys the best of both worlds: a stable door opening onto the shared courtyard at the front, and French doors leading to a private enclosed garden at the rear. In this garden you’ll find a Swedish hot tub for year-round relaxation, plus outdoor seating, a dining table, and a gas BBQ – perfect for family meals or evenings under the stars. The secure garden makes it especially suitable for guests with dogs or small children.
Inside, everything is arranged on one level. The cottage features a bright, open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, along with a fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower over.
Sandpiper offers three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to four adults and two children:

Kittiwake Cottage

Part of the sunny Stable Courtyard, Kittiwake is one of six cottages approached through the original stable archway. Converted with imagination and care, it offers characterful accommodation ideal for families and small groups.
Inside, the split-level layout features an attractive kitchen and dining area overlooking the open-plan lounge below, creating a bright and sociable living space.
There are three bedrooms: a king-size double, a twin room (with space for a cot if needed), and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds—perfect for children. A well-appointed family bathroom includes a bath with shower over.
Outside, a grassy area with table, seating, and gas BBQ is reserved for your exclusive use. Next door, Heron Cottage can be booked alongside Kittiwake, making an excellent combination for larger family groups of up to 12 people.

Chestnut Cottage

Chestnut Cottage is the largest of the Trevalgas cottages, comfortably sleeping up to six guests (plus cot), and is perfect for families or small groups seeking a peaceful Cornish escape near Bude. Set in a tranquil valley location with lovely views towards Stratton, the cottage features a fully enclosed, suntrap garden with patio seating and a brick-built barbecue – ideal for relaxed outdoor dining. Allocated parking is located adjacent to the cottage, and guests can also enjoy access to the on-site 12m heated indoor swimming pool.
The spacious open-plan living and dining area offers plenty of room to relax, complete with a wood burner and a basket of logs for cosy evenings. The large, newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. Entertainment is provided with a Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, and CD radio with iPod/iPhone dock. Patio doors open directly onto the enclosed garden. A cloakroom with WC and basin is also located on this level.
Upstairs you’ll find a master bedroom with a double bed and private en-suite shower room, plus two twin bedrooms with ample storage. The main bathroom includes an over-bath shower, airing cupboard and heated towel rail. Two towels are provided per guest, and family-friendly extras such as a cot and stair gates are available.
The enclosed garden features a patio, lawn area, all-weather garden furniture and a brick-built barbecue, making it a wonderful space to unwind while enjoying the valley views and sunshine.

With canal walks from the doorstep, an enclosed courtyard for dogs, and easy access into Bude, it’s perfectly suited to guests who want countryside tranquillity without being far from the coast.

Boots Cottage is arranged as a comfortable two-level annex adjoining the owners’ home, offering privacy while remaining welcoming and homely.
Downstairs, the cosy lounge provides a relaxing space after a day exploring, with a sofa bed for occasional third guest use. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer and washing machine, making it suitable for longer stays or active holidays.
Upstairs, the en-suite double bedroom offers a peaceful night’s sleep overlooking the surrounding countryside.
Guests have use of a private enclosed courtyard garden, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after coastal walks. The secure outdoor space also makes the cottage particularly convenient for guests bringing a dog.
Off-road parking is provided for easy arrivals and stress-free day trips around North Cornwall.
Set just moments from the Bude Canal towpath, the cottage is ideal for walkers, cyclists and dog owners. Enjoy a gentle, scenic stroll along the canal into Bude town (around 40 minutes), where you’ll find beaches, shops, cafés and restaurants. The charming village of Marhamchurch, with its ancient church of St. Marwenne, community shop, and village pub, is a short walk away. The Weir Bistro, just a 5-minute walk from home, boasts a fishing lake and an enticing menu.
The surrounding area offers easy access to the North Cornwall coast, rugged cliff walks, and charming local villages, while still providing a peaceful rural retreat to return to each day.

Once the estate’s Housekeeper’s home, House Cottage has been beautifully renovated to a high standard and now provides spacious, welcoming accommodation for up to five guests. Adjoining the Manor House, its south-facing aspect ensures plenty of sunshine throughout the day.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable lounge and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a luxurious marble-tiled bathroom with feature bath and shower over.
Upstairs, there are two versatile bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another that can be arranged with either two or three single beds, depending on your needs. There is also room for a cot.
Outside, House Cottage enjoys its own enclosed front garden with seating and BBQ, overlooking the main lawn of the Manor. The garden’s classic English cottage charm makes it a lovely spot to relax. Private parking is provided right next to the property, and the outdoor pool is just a short walk away.

Perfectly positioned beside the Bude Canal and just a 5-minute stroll from Summerleaze Beach, 1 Stable Cottage is one of two adjoined charming cottages which are an ideal base for walkers, surfers, or anyone seeking a central yet peaceful getaway. 1 Stable Cottage sleeps 5 in three bedrooms but can be booked with 2 Stable Cottage which sleeps 3. The Space
Set all on one level for easy access, it’s pet-friendly and comes with private parking. Originally part of an 18th-century stable block, 1 Stable cottage has been beautifully converted into a holiday home set around a characterful courtyard.

Converted from one of the estate’s original cob-walled barns, Dunlin Cottage offers spacious open-plan living with two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en suite.
Beautifully refurbished throughout, the cottage is fully centrally heated and features a stylish Shaker-style kitchen with every modern convenience. The generous lounge and dining area provide the perfect space to relax, while a broad staircase leads to the bedrooms below.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and ample space for a cot. The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with zip-link beds that can be set up as twins for children or joined as a luxurious king-size. This room has its own en suite shower room, though please note that a cot will only fit in the master bedroom.
For larger family gatherings, Dunlin pairs perfectly with its adjoining neighbour, Grebe. Together, they share an enclosed courtyard with tables, seating, and BBQs—an ideal setting for relaxed meals and celebrations with family and friends.

Situated on Breakwater Road, the cottage enjoys an exceptional position close to both Summerleaze Beach and the Bude Canal. Guests can walk to the beach in minutes, enjoy canal-side strolls, or explore the town’s shops, cafés and restaurants on foot.
The location also provides easy access to the wider North Cornwall coast, making it an ideal base for surfing beaches, cliff walks and day trips to nearby villages and attractions.
Rosehip Cottage sleeps 6-8 and includes:

- Bed linen bath and hand towels are provided and changed at the end of each week
- Six beach towels are provided and are changed at the end of your stay
