A true highlight of Sun Seeker is the dedicated orangery, home to a spectacular tin-finished air-spa bath. Handcrafted and meticulously completed by master craftsmen at the world’s leading copper bath specialists, it promises indulgence and relaxation.

Look up through the glass ceiling to admire the stars or bask under the shimmering Crystal Star lighting display. Sliding doors open to blend the indoors with the outdoors, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

Just 250 metres from the sea, the South West Coast Path, and Upton’s secluded beach, Aldine Cottage is a beautifully refurbished coastal retreat in a peaceful setting. Guests can enjoy scenic clifftop, canal, and countryside circular walks directly from the door, with the popular surf beaches of Widemouth Bay and Summerleaze close by.

Aldine Cottage sleeps up to five guests in three bedrooms and offers two bathrooms. The cottage is exceptionally well equipped and ideal for year-round stays. Log burners and underfloor heating make it warm and cosy in winter, while the southerly aspect ensures the house is bright and airy during the summer months. There is ample private parking, a large garden and adjoining field, and excellent outdoor space including a barbecue and outdoor kitchen.

Recently refurbished, Aldine Cottage combines traditional cottage character with a contemporary, stylish finish.

Upstairs there is one king-size bedroom and one double bedroom, with a single bedroom downstairs, making the cottage suitable for couples, families, or small groups. A travel cot can be provided on request.

The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, a Bose sound system, log burners, and underfloor heating throughout. The kitchen features high-quality appliances, including an oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, and freezer. A separate laundry room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities. Large patio doors open onto a slate terrace with a dedicated BBQ and outdoor kitchen area, complete with sink and slate worktops—ideal for al fresco dining.

Guests have exclusive use of Aldine Cottage and the garden. Surfboards and bodyboards are available on request.

Briar Patch is a comfortable, single-storey detached cottage sleeping up to six guests and a baby. With three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and two bathrooms, it’s a great choice for families, extended family groups or friends looking for a relaxed stay close to the North Cornwall coast.

The cottage has a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave, and a smart TV with streaming apps. There’s also a TV in the main bedroom. The excellent wifi has been upgraded this year, so suitable if you need to keep in touch with work while away.

Outside, the large enclosed two-level rear garden has seating and a BBQ, with a private gate leading directly into the shared meadow and play area. It’s ideal for children who want space to play while still being close to the cottage. There’s also a front terrace with bench to enjoy a morning coffee, plus private parking right outside the door.

Guests staying at Briar Patch also have access to the shared facilities at Trevalgas Cottages, including the indoor heated swimming pool, children’s play area, games room and laundry facilities.

Dogs over one year old are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy a break together. Briar Patch is a non-smokingcottage.

Indoor Heated Swimming Pool
Guests can enjoy our 40ft (12.3m) indoor heated swimming pool, open every day throughout the year from 8am until dusk (closing times vary slightly with the seasons. There are separate changing rooms with hot showers too.

Outdoor Play Area
There’s plenty of outdoor space for children to enjoy. The large meadow is ideal for ball games and running around, and the adventure play area includes swings, a climbing frame, slide, springy animals, a Wendy house and a crawl-through tractor.

High-speed fibre WiFi is available across our three cottages, making it easy to stay connected, stream programmes or catch up on emails if needed.

Optional Food Services
Although all cottages are self-catering, two optional food services are available to pre-book:

• Grocery Delivery: Lansdown Dairy can deliver an initial grocery order before your arrival so your cottage is stocked with essentials when you get there.
• Freshly Cooked Meals: Quality home-cooked meals can also be delivered to your cottage – ideal for your first evening, a special occasion, or if you simply want a night off from cooking.

Games Room
Our games room has table tennis and a pool table for some relaxed family competition (40p per game).

Laundry Facilities
Shared laundry facilities are available on site, including three large washing machines and three large tumble dryers, available for a small charge.

Court Farm, Marhamchurch

Located in the quaint village of Marhamchurch, Court Farm is where our main holiday complex is based. Here you will find the biggest selection of our self catering accommodation, including our traditional cottages, converted barns, contemporary houses with hot-tubs and the beautiful Court Farmhouse.

Our indoor heated swimming pool is available for all Court Farm Holidays guests to use, as is our tennis court, outside play area, indoor games room, animal field and bike & wetsuit hire service. If you have any questions during your stay, you can find us in reception!

Northcott Farm, Bude

Our Rural Retreats are located on our 400 acre Farming Estate Northcott Farm, 4.5 miles from the main site in Marhamchurch. Here we have 4 stunning properties, dotted around the farm and all offering something very different!

From our smallest Couple Retreats ‘Chough Shepherds Hut’ (new for 2024!) and ‘The Cabin’  to ‘Little Northcott’ sleeping 8, up to the spectacular Northcott Farmhouse, a 9 bedroomed Georgian Farmhouse, accommodating up to 17 guests.

These properties can be booked together to accommodate large groups.

Each property offering beautiful views across our farmland onto the coast beyond, the Coastal Path and beach of Northcott Mouth just a mile’s walk away along our private lane…. you really will have everything you need for a memorable getaway! We do also have some farm animals at Northcott, including our family horses, ponies and donkey, which you are welcome to visit if you do not wish to journey to the Court Farm site.

Dolphins, Widemouth Bay

Within just 5 minutes walking distance of the breathtaking Widemouth Bay in Bude, our Dolphins beach retreat is a perfect seaside escape! Guests staying at Dolphins are welcome to use any facilities at the Court Farm site, just a 5 minute drive away.

From the moment you step into Parlour through its private porch, a sense of relaxation and tranquility envelops you, setting the stage for a perfect retreat. This single-storey accommodation is ideal for families with young children, offering a contemporary rustic open-plan living area that captures the essence of the natural world waiting just beyond the door—acres of green fields and nearby sandy beaches.

The stylish interior features exposed beams and slate flooring, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. The rustic solid wood king-sized bed and spacious walk-in shower in the large master bedroom add to the charm of Parlour, making it an ideal haven to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Single-storey accommodation:  

• Entrance porch leading to an internal door opening to the open-plan living room, complete with stylish sofas, a smart TV with a DVD player, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
• Large master bedroom with a solid wood king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV.
• Twin bedroom with blackout blinds, adjacent to the bathroom boasting a spacious walk-in shower.

Please note that while Parlour may be suitable for those with limited mobility, there are two steps into the porch, which provides storage space for buggies.

For added convenience, one well-behaved dog is welcome for a small additional charge of £20. Owners must bring their own dog basket or cage. It’s important to note that Parlour opens onto a shared child-friendly courtyard and does not have its own garden. Experience the tranquility and comfort of Parlour as you embark on a peaceful getaway in the heart of the countryside.

Welcome to Coxswain’s Cottage, a charming Grade II listed cob cottage dating back to the 18th century, nestled in a serene residential street within Bude’s historic conservation area.  This delightful abode combines historic charm with modern comforts, offering guests a stylish retreat in the heart of Bude.

Ideally situated, Coxswain’s Cottage is just a leisurely stroll away from Summerleaze and Crooklets beaches, inviting you to explore the stunning South West Coast Path. Additionally, the vibrant array of shops, restaurants, and bars that Bude has to offer are conveniently located right on your doorstep.  At the end of the road, you’ll find The Barrel independent pub, along with a bakery, delicatessen, and a variety of independent food and clothing shops.

Step inside Coxswain’s, and you’ll find a welcoming ‘home from home’, meticulously furnished cottage adorned with contemporary décor.  The cottage features an eclectic mix of modern furnishings and artwork by local painters and photographers, harmonising with its original features such as Persian rugs, slate floors, and stripped pine flooring.  With gas central heating, the cottage offers a cozy retreat throughout the year, remaining warm in winter thanks to its thick cob walls and cool in summer with its slate floors.

The well-equipped galley-style kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a Panasonic fridge-freezer, double Rangemaster dual fuel cooker, Bosch dishwasher, and microwave.  Adjacent, a separate utility room houses a washing machine and dryer, perfect for storing beach gear and muddy boots after a day of adventure. The kitchen overlooks a spacious dining room, offering a delightful space to savour meals while enjoying garden views.

At Coxswain’s Cottage, we understand that pets are family too, which is why well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. A supplement of £30 per week applies, and to maintain the cottage’s standards, dogs are kindly requested to refrain from furniture and upper floor access.

Styled in a fresh, contemporary design, the ground floor features a bright open-plan layout with lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped Shaker-style kitchen complete with cooker, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.

Upstairs, there are two well-furnished bedrooms: a king-size double, and a second with a single bed plus sturdy bunk beds. A compact but elegant shower room includes a modern power shower. The cottage is fully centrally heated and opens onto a charming walkway lined with hanging baskets and fig trees.

From the dining area, sliding glass doors lead to a private south-facing patio with table, seating, and a gas BBQ—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
