The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your culinary needs, boasting an electric hob and oven, microwave, full-size fridge and freezer, and a convenient coffee maker. Prepare delightful meals or enjoy your morning coffee in the comfort of your holiday haven.

The shower room/toilet offers a fully tiled and generously sized shower cubicle, W.C., basin, electric towel rail, and shave point. It’s a modern and practical space ensuring your comfort during your stay.

Step outside to a lovely garden area featuring a patio with garden furniture and a gas BBQ. This outdoor oasis provides a delightful spot to bask in the fresh coastal air, enjoy al fresco meals, or simply unwind with a good book.

Penrhyn ensures your convenience with a private parking spot, allowing easy access to your temporary home away from home. Laundry is made hassle-free with access to a washing machine at all times.

The Cabin – Romantic Hideaway by the Sea

Tucked away on our working farm at Northcott, The Cabin is a cosy and stylish retreat designed just for couples. With its own private garden, charming summer house, and outdoor hot tub, it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a romantic getaway.

Bring your dog along and make the most of the stunning countryside and coastline right on your doorstep. From peaceful farmland strolls to dramatic cliff-top walks and golden beaches, you’ll never be short of places to explore. The dog-friendly Northcott Mouth beach and the famous South West Coast Path are just a 15–20 minute walk away, and the welcoming local pub, The Preston Gate, is just as close.

Back at the farm, you’ll also meet some of our friendly animals, including cows, pigs, ponies Bubbles and Tiny Tim, and Rosie the donkey.

Guests staying at The Cabin are also welcome to use the excellent facilities at Court Farm, Marhamchurch (around 10–15 minutes by car), including the indoor heated pool and spa treatments (please note pool access during peak times is between 12–3pm).

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located, well equipped three bedroom house. Close to supermarkets, indoor swimming pool, soft play and bowling. A 15-25 min walk to town, pubs and beautiful beaches. Very peaceful cul-de-sac location with private parking and enclosed garden, ideal for children and your furry friends. The property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

One of six attractive cottages in the sunny Stable Courtyard, Woodpecker is approached through the original stable archway and has been thoughtfully converted from the old stables.

Set all on one level, the cottage features an open-plan lounge and dining area with a well-equipped galley kitchen.

Woodpecker offers two bedrooms:

• A comfortable double bedroom

• A cheerful children’s room with a fun red London bus bunk bed – always a hit with junior visitors!

There is also a modern bathroom with bath and power shower.

Outside, you’ll find a private grassy area with table, seating, and a gas BBQ – ideal for relaxed family time in the sunshine.

Woodpecker is suitable for two adults and two children.

Once the estate’s Housekeeper’s home, House Cottage has been beautifully renovated to a high standard and now provides spacious, welcoming accommodation for up to five guests. Adjoining the Manor House, its south-facing aspect ensures plenty of sunshine throughout the day.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable lounge and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, and a luxurious marble-tiled bathroom with feature bath and shower over.

Upstairs, there are two versatile bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another that can be arranged with either two or three single beds, depending on your needs. There is also room for a cot.

Outside, House Cottage enjoys its own enclosed front garden with seating and BBQ, overlooking the main lawn of the Manor. The garden’s classic English cottage charm makes it a lovely spot to relax. Private parking is provided right next to the property, and the outdoor pool is just a short walk away.

Once an original cob-walled barn of the estate, Grebe Cottage has been thoughtfully converted to provide inviting open-plan living with two comfortable en suite bedrooms.

Recently refurbished and fully centrally heated, the cottage features a beautifully designed Shaker-style kitchen with every modern convenience. The spacious lounge and dining area create a welcoming heart to the home, while a broad staircase leads down to the bedrooms.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with en suite shower room, while the second bedroom is ideal for children, with a single bed, sturdy bunks, and its own en suite bathroom.

For larger family gatherings, Grebe combines perfectly with its neighbour, Dunlin, sharing an enclosed courtyard with tables, seating, and BBQs—an exclusive space for relaxed family meals and celebrations.

The rustic solid wood king-sized bed and spacious walk-in shower in the large master bedroom add to the charm of Parlour, making it an ideal haven to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Single-storey accommodation:  

• Entrance porch leading to an internal door opening to the open-plan living room, complete with stylish sofas, a smart TV with a DVD player, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Please note that while Parlour may be suitable for those with limited mobility, there are two steps into the porch, which provides storage space for buggies.

For added convenience, one well-behaved dog is welcome for a small additional charge of £20. Owners must bring their own dog basket or cage. It’s important to note that Parlour opens onto a shared child-friendly courtyard and does not have its own garden. Originally a working farm, Court Farm Holidays still has some animals for guests to meet. Why not make a morning visit to the animals part of your daily holiday routine – don your wellies and help us feed our furry residents!

All of our apartments have a lounge/diner with Smart TV, comfy seating and amazing views across the golf course or over the sea. The kitchens are well-equipped with electric oven, two zone induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Leading off the lounge area is the king-size bedroom with and en-suite shower room and WC.

Relax on the shared outside terrace to the front of the property where you can watch the world go by or enjoy a meal in the restaurant within this apartment block.

There is a shared downstairs shower, perfect to use when coming in from the beach and for the furry friends there is a dog bath/shower and grooming area.

Dogs are charged at £35 each per stay.

Swallow is our only one-bedroom cottage, designed with couples in mind, though there is space for a travel cot to accommodate a baby or small child.

Set on one level with an adjacent parking area, Swallow is especially convenient for guests seeking easy access and is a firm favourite with our senior visitors.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, featuring a charming fireplace with wood-burning stove – perfect for cosy evenings in spring and autumn. The attractively decorated double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with bath, power shower, and heated towel rail.

Outside, there’s a grassy garden area with table, seating, and gas BBQ for your exclusive use – an ideal spot to relax on sunny days.

Swallow is a dog-friendly cottage, welcoming both you and your four-legged companions.
