Mulberry Cottage is the largest of the contemporary three-bedroom country homes at Court Farm, designed with comfort and style in mind. Perfect for families or groups, it offers everything you need for a stress-free getaway — from spacious interiors to thoughtful extras that make your holiday special.

Step inside and you’ll find a bright, modern living space complete with a wood-burner, plush sofas, and a flatscreen TV — ideal for cosy evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen, with integrated appliances, flows seamlessly into the dining area, where double doors open onto the private patio. Younger guests will love the dedicated TV/playroom, while the utility room and ground-floor WC add extra convenience.

Outdoors, enjoy your own enclosed garden with a luxury six-person hot tub — the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and en-suite shower room. Two additional bedrooms can be set up as twins or converted into super-king beds to suit your needs. A stylish family bathroom with an over-bath rainfall shower completes the first floor.

Lilac Cottage, a delightful retreat ideal for couples or small families, offers a peaceful haven for those seeking relaxation or exploration. With a capacity to sleep 4, Lilac Cottage becomes the perfect base for your local adventures or a tranquil spot to unwind. Tucked away at the end of a private lane, the cottage is exceptionally quiet, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle. Its character is accentuated by beamed ceilings, deep-set windows, and an inglenook fireplace with a wood-burning stove.

Lilac Cottage also boasts its own private garden to the side of the property, featuring a picnic table, a barbecue for the summer months, and a storage shed for bikes, buggies, surfboards, and more.

The calm tones of the interior draw inspiration from the beauty of the surrounding countryside, creating a soothing atmosphere. There’s much to explore right at your doorstep, with superb on-site facilities such as the indoor heated swimming pool, games room, and spa treatments. Additionally, miles of sandy beaches are just a short drive away, making Lilac Cottage the ideal escape.

With a dedicated off-road parking space in our secure on-site car park, convenience is at the forefront of your stay at Stables Barn. One of six charming cottages in the sunny Stable Courtyard, Woodlark is approached through the original stable archway and has been imaginatively converted from the old stables. At the front, its door opens directly onto the courtyard, while at the rear French doors lead to a private enclosed garden – complete with an all-year-round hot tub for the ultimate in relaxation.

The garden is secure and well-suited for families with dogs or small children, and includes a table, seating, and gas BBQ for your exclusive use.

All set on one level, Woodlark features a bright open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, plus a fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower over.

The cottage offers two comfortable bedrooms:

• A king-sized double bedroom

• A second bedroom with a single bed plus full-sized bunks, suitable for both adults and children (with space for a cot if needed)

Woodlark is a welcoming, dog-friendly cottage, perfect for couples, families, and friends alike.

Secluded from the other cottages, The Stables has been thoughtfully converted to provide every comfort for our guests.

The luxurious interior is furnished to an exceptional standard. The open-plan living area, with its well-equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, and under-floor heating, ensures that guests remain warm and cosy throughout the year.

The two bedrooms are separate, with steps leading either up or down to them, and both feature en-suite bathrooms, crisp white bed linen, and towels. Both rooms are equipped with zip-and-link beds, allowing them to be configured as either a king-size or twin beds.

The lounge opens to a stunning view over the valley and a stone patio with private outdoor dining and BBQ facilities.
